Perfect for my pug
Ordered a Large for my 22 pound pug. At first thought it might be too big from the pictures but it fits perfectly (measurements were extremely accurate). He is pretty slender in the body but has broad shoulders/neck. It adjusts perfectly to his size. The neck is secure so he cant pull out of the harness which was an issue with multiple harnesses in the past. Recommend for small breeds!

Has Excellent Adjustments & Fits Well
I bought 2 Puppia Harnesses for my Miniature Schnauzer/Poodle mix pups. One weighs 17-18 lbs. & the other 24 lbs. They fit well and have adjustments on the neck and around the waist, plus an additional velcro adjustment around the neck. I really like this harness. It's easy to get on and off & after adjusting, they fit both my pups well. The neck part is a good width & doesn't rub under my small dog's neck like her old harness did. Both dogs seem to be comfortable in the harness.

Perfect!!!! Size large for Pug
16 lbs, 6 month old male pug. Size large fits perfectly with all tightest adjustments. Perfect that he can grow in to it! He loves it and hates all regular collars. Also breathable and secure. I will definitely buy the same one again.

Love this harness
My dog has a neurological issue thanks to over breeding (adopt don't shop) that I didn't know was common in the breed until he was diagnosed. Because of that, putting things over his head on his chest is quite difficult as it can cause him pain. This harness is a live saver. I can unbuckle it, put it around his neck and then close it with no harm to him.

Secure, Snug Fitting, Well Constructed Comfortable Harness with Excellent Control!
Very secure, snug fitting harness! Well constructed and designed, the only harness our Jack Russell Terrier cannot slip out of. Very comfortable for the dog, distributes the pulling force; thick, comfortably padded at the neckline. An excellent value! One caution, the actual sizes tend to run on the small side, so be sure to measure with the instructions provided. For example, for our Jack Russell Terrier, we needed a Large size harness!

The small is too tight, and the medium is to big. If it fit right, this would be awesome. My dog weighs 15 pounds and his chest is 18 inches.

Perfect fit
This is the fifth one of these that we buy. One for each of our rescue pups. Very sturdy and secure (these guys are escape artists). This harness allows to adjust perfectly to their size.
