Just about perfect for my purposes

Each year, I help a business associate host a party in Vegas. We rent out a penthouse and I always make a cookie buffet, which has become sort of a trademark of the event. Because we're flying in and we like to keep it fairly simple, we don't have any fancy serving dishes for all the cookies. Instead, I order disposable placemats, and they work wonderfully. I've uploaded a picture so you can see a non-professional image of them in action. These blue placements are only slightly lighter than pictured, and you'll find they're very thin. You have to be careful when pulling them out of the package, as they're a little prone to tearing. The placemats are definitely not reusable, as the slightest bit of heat or moisture wrinkles or discolors them. My only complaint is that it would be really nice if there were a very thin layer of plastic or something to make the placemats sligtly less prone to getting oily or wet when things are placed on top. It's a very minor complaint, though.

Perfect party placemats

These placemats worked beautifully for a tiffany's style party. I only gave them 3 stars for sturdiness and durability only because they are paper. Paper is paper. But they worked perfectly and made cleanup a breeze. They are the perfect size and a great bang for a buck. The color was bold and beautiful but not neon obnoxious.

Great for keeping area use clean

I purchased these to protect my wood table from my great-granddaughter from getting food all over. They are slightly thicker than printer paper. Beautiful color and absorbent. Just throw away when done. I look forward to trying other colors.

placemats for table decoration

The color is exactly what I wanted. Remember these are paper disposable placemats. They are lightweight but that's what they are suppose to be. Perfect for adding color under a plate then throw away!

Use these ALL the time!! Love them!

The color is not as bright as what's shown in the picture but they will blend well with my other table decorations I plan to use. I love using paper placemats!! They look nice on the table and when your done they go in the trash. The quality is a heavy paper, not too flimsy. I have used paper placemats for many themed dinners and they add that pop of color to your table decor. I would highly recommend these to anyone that entertains on a regular basis. The price is great and there's no fuss afterward as if using cloth paper mats that gave to be washed.

They did their job, kept the food off the tablecloth.

I really liked the paper placemat. We used them for my daughter's baby shower. It added that pop of color we needed and they worked just fine. I would order them again.

Thin and smaller than advertised, but pretty.

They're thin, but the color is very pretty and as viewed on my screen, however, the dimensions smaller than described, more like 10.25 x 9.45, smaller than the pastel blue mats I purchased some time ago from the same company. I use these for my young grandchildren and they are barely adequate so I'll order the pastel blue mats again hoping that they'll be as advertised. Disappointing to discover that you can't count on the information provided by Creative Converting.
