ITEM CANNOT BE RETURNED WITHOUT INCURRING A RESTOCKING FEE
Although this dress is cute, it was too large in the chest area. Also, despite being sold as an item with a "free return" policy, I was charged a $15.20 restocking fee when the item was returned to the seller. Had I known I would be charged for returning the purchase, I never would have ordered it.
