This company has awesome support.

This company has awesome customer support. We received the puzzle on time, and put it together. Unfortunately a piece was missing. I followed the directions on Springboks web site for customer care. The very next day I received an email saying they were working on the problem, and within a week Springbok had sent a replacement with an apology for the problem. I highly recommend this company's products.

Springbok never disappoints

Absolutely love the fact that Springbok is made in the USA. That is the main reason I purchased this puzzle. The quality of Springbok puzzles is unmatched by many (if any) other manufacturers. This puzzle is on the small side which is okay. I completed a 3000 piece puzzle from Springbok and it was quite large. Depending on your preference of puzzle size, you will not be disappointed with Springbok.

Love the puzzle but had 3 pieces missing. Disappointing

Excellent piece shape. Harder than I thought but true to the picture. I prefer more color but this was the best available.

The photo on the box is very colorful...the puzzle itself is a bit dull in color.

It was a very challenging puzzle as the shapes were diffidently irregular. Unfortunately the puzzle itself was not as vivid in color as the box showed it...making it more of a challenge. I had wanted to use this as a wall hanging when done, but not as colorful as I was led to believe. The product itself was very well made.

This is a cheap knock-off, and NOT a Springbok puzzle!

This is advertised as a Springbok puzzle, made in the USA. It is anything but. It took forever to arrive – weeks – and apparently came from China – hardly USA sourced. It came in a cheap cardboard shipping box with the picture badly pasted to the outside. The pieces are cheap, and do not fit well together. This isn't a puzzle, it's a flat out SCAM!
