Lightweight and stiff
I like the belt - its not a long wearing utility belt but for IWB conceal carry it feels stiff and secure. I would not attempt to use it for heavy firearms at all. Its just not going to hold up. Don't order this to your waist size. If you're a size 40. Order a larger size belt. 44 belt for an IWB pistol is probably a good idea for you. I am a 42 and got a 44 belt. I see now that if I wanted to carry anything larger than a slim 9mm I would have done better with a 46. If what you're looking for is a long wearing high quality leather belt with inserts for stiffness then look elsewhere. But for the everyday, this is lightweight and will do the job. The Gator brown is handsome. I'm satisfied.

Good product great price
After looking at prices for gun belts, i found this one for half the price of most others i have found. With some worry about the quality of this product I ordered this belt and am quite happy i did. It is a good belt, nice looking when worn with my work pants and seems really sturdy. I was worried about durability of this belt because the stiffener seems plastic, but it has stood up nicely to constant wear. It is a comfortable belt with an iwb or owb holster. I did order a slightly larger size to accomidate my iwb, so it is a bit large when wearing an owb. Nothing a hole punch cannot fix.

Great quality but sizes run very small
The quality and build of the belt seem great but the sizes run very small; don't trust the sizing chart. I'm a 30" waist so naturally I bought the small (fits up to 34"). I can barely even pull the strap through the buckle and can't loop it back around to secure it. I'm returning it to order the same belt in a larger size.

I sent it back. It started coming apart after I wore it once. I guess that's what one should expect from Blackhawk.

Nice belt
This is a heavy duty belt, it has worked quite well for me. I usually wear a size 32 jean and figured I should the medium size, I was way off the belt has so much excess material that my holster won't work with it. But other than that it is fine.
