Nice fixture
Needed to replace the manifold behind the walls, so I took the opportunity to replace faucet and handles too. Looks great and easy to use. Updated the shower without too much effort. Easy to install. Good overall.

I just replaced our 80s style Pfister Windsor shower/bath handles with this set and couldn't be more happy with it! Super easy to do, especially if your residence already has Pfister valves/connections/rough-in in the wall, which our bathrooms do. I didn't even need my hubby's help.....well, not until the old spout's pipe broke....IN the wall when I tried to remove it....but that's a whole 'nother story I put out on YT. I went with Pfister because our house was built in the late1980s with Pfister valves and rough-ins, and since I was not about to replace everything inside the wall just to change the handles to another brand, I went with Pfister. I did need to buy new valve stems (shorter ones), because the Windsor handles connect further out from the wall, so the valve stems are longer. All of our valve stems have always been "counter-clockwise", including the diverter and the hot water, but there is the option to have the hot water be "clockwise", while the diverter and cold water would be "counter-clockwise"....... Does not include the guts of the faucet, facelift basically.
I thought I was getting a new faucet, rough in valve and all complete, as in a new fixture. Be careful, this is just handles, spout and shower head, basically a facelift for on existing unit.

Sad I had to return
Unfortunately I couldn’t use this because it wasn’t compatible with my fixtures. Amateur here didn’t realize that. BUT I want to say how great the seller was to deal with regarding my return.

Missing/obsolete piece
I ordered this faucet set mostly because I liked the decorative ring between the tub faucet and the tub wall, rather than just the look of the faucet against the wall with nothing around it. That ring also matches the look of the shower handles and the showerhead. When I received this set, that decorative ring for the tub faucet was missing. When I called Pfister to have them send it, they advised the part is obsolete in chrome, and is only available in brass. Just be aware if you are ordering this that you may also end up with a set that does not include that decorative ring for the tub faucet to match the rest of the set.

Only works with Pfister products.
The handles fit beautifully. I have a Pfister assembly already in my tub but the handles broke. Pfister assemblies are so very hard to find so I was very lucky.
