Leaves a sticky residue

This dark spot treatment seems to be working but it leaves a sticky film on my skin. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and it has slowly started to make some spots on my face less visible. It has a thin serum texture, applies evenly and smells like oranges. The bottle dispenses too much at once for a spot treatment. Effective but tacky feeling dark spot treatment.

Orange cream scent spot treatment

The Perricone MD Vitamin C Ester Intensive Dark Spot Treatment has a citrus scent that resembles orange cream/orange peel. It has a light cream texture, spreads easily, and settles promptly. Hoping to fade some sun spots. The only interesting issue is that the box only listed the 3 key ingredients: VitaminC Ester, Alpha-Arbutin, and Resorcinol. A full ingredient list will be appreciated.

Good brand

This is a great brand of skin care that never disappoints so I was really excited to try this out for my dark spots. It has a nice scent and absorbs nicely into the skin without feeling tacky. Excited to keep using this and hope for great results!

Gentle But Effective! Great Product from a Great Line!

This arrives nicely boxed. Pop out the bottle and the pump and then recycle this box, knowing that it did a great job in protecting your investment. Now, remove the cap from the bottle and discard that. Then, add the pump and remove the collar for the cap. Discard that collar as well. Now, you are ready to use this product! When you give this a pump, you will see an amber, translucent serum. It has a light citrusy fragrance that is really pleasant and dissipates quickly. Apply this in areas where you may have sun freckles. It is okay to use on your face, neck, body, and hands. You will see that this disperses easily and quickly. If you go light it only has the smallest bit of tackiness. Nice! This works over time to lighten those areas. And, it is surprisingly non-irritating for a product that is so potent. I had no peeling or redness at all. A great product from a truly outstanding and trustworthy line!

Trusted brand, quality product

I have maturing skin with a few small light brown spots scattered around on my face (too many years spent in the sun). I’ve had periodic IPL treatments to remove them, but they keep coming back, so I’m hoping that this Perricone MD spot treatment will help to keep them at bay. Perricone MD has always made great, high quality products, so I’m optimistic that this serum won’t disappoint. It has a nice, subtle scent (kind-of citrusy), applies easily, dries quickly, and leaves no stickiness or residue. I dab it only on my brown spots, so a little goes a long way. Be gentle when you push down on the pump or too much might come out at once. It’s probably going to take several weeks or more to begin noticing a difference, so I’ll come back with an update after giving this serum a proper amount of time to do its thing.

Strong; not for sensitive skin

I have used Perricone MD products before and they are very effective. This dark spot remover is very strong and starts to dry the top layer of the skin in less than 12 hours of application. It takes off the top skin layer leaving it to flake. So the solution is not for those who have sensitive skin or breakouts. The solution is turmeric yellow and has an unwelcoming smell. The bottle comes in a box but the bottle's cap is not sealed. So there is a likelihood of it getting tampered with. The pump then needs to be attached to the bottle. The face feels smooth after applying the serum and the next morning you will see flaky skin. Please use a moisturizing lotion after using this product.

One of the best brands of skincare products

My wife has been using Perricone MD products for years. I had never tried them until a few years ago, when she recommended their eye serum to me. I started using it and after a few weeks I began to see some noticeable results. I have used it ever since then. My wife has used this intensive dark spot treatment before, but this is the first time we have seen it on Amazon. It's much more convenient to order this on Amazon than to have to drive to the mall to look for it. Since she has used this previously, my wife can verify that it does work well. Whether you have dark spots from aging or sun exposure, this treatment will help lighten these spots over time if you keep using it each day. It's a spot treatment, so you only need to apply it to the areas that you want to lighten.

Very hopeful.

I have been dealing with hyperpigmentation on my skin due to shaving, causing it to darken considerably. To counteract this issue, I have been using a combination of Derma Roller and vitamin C serum, which has helped brighten my skin.
