Comfortable-Fit great.

Im 5'9" and usually wear size 30x30 jeans so i got a Medium in these and they fit perfectly. I wear them all the time, mostly throw them on at night after a shower to wear around the house. Would buy more of these.

Good pair of medium-weight sweatpants for cool weather

Given the description of a jogger pant, I was expecting something thin and light because that's what I'm used to. However, these sweatpants are a thicker, medium weight and more along the lines of something I'd wear when I'm lounging or otherwise less active. Of course, the weight is a matter of personal preference, but it's also something to be aware of given the limited description. This thicker style of jogger pants would serve well in cooler weather. The terry-weave fabric provides softness and moderate warmth without the bulkier fleece of typical sweatpants. I ordered my usual size Medium, and the pants fit as expected for my 5'9" body. The legs have a gentle taper, but it's still roomy enough inside for those with a fairly athletic build. The elastic at the waist is wide and strong, and a drawstring allows for a tighter fit. Both legs feature a 9-inch zipper that makes it easier to take the pants off without removing your shoes. Suggested care is machine wash gentle/cold and tumble dry low. Be sure to turn the pants inside out as instructed - I didn't, and after one wash some of the paint already has worn off of the zipper pulls. The pants are constructed well for the most part, but the pair I received has some hanging fabric and loose threads inside at the waist. Overall, I’m rating these sweatpants four stars. Good medium weight for cooler weather, but I’d prefer if there were exterior flaps covering the zipper pulls, and I’m hoping that the loose material/threads inside are just a cosmetic issue that won't unravel further.

Very comfortable everyday pants!

I knew the Spaulding brand, but I didn't know what to expect from these pants labeled as 'jogger sweatpants'. They looked nice and had interesting qualities so I figured I would give them a go. They turned out to be not at all what I expected. I expected a lighter weight, less restrictive running pant. What I got was something that surprised me to say the least - in a positive way. Not something I personally would wear running because of the tug on the upper legs (the feeling you get when you lift your leg in a pair of jeans), but I would would wear them for everything else. These are the most comfortable active wear pants I have ever owned hands down. With an elastic waist and 'regular fit' jeans style cut, they are more like a pair of jeans, in a lot of ways, except for the comfort, which Spaulding wins easily with their fabric and fit. This is the first pair of medium weight sweatpants that I have that feels, cutwise, like dress slacks, or as I mentioned, jeans, but with improved comfort and a little stretch. The pants have a polyester appearance in that they have a slight sheen to them and feel more polyester to me than cotton. The stitching is outstanding! Reinforced where it is needed to be and very neat. The legs have zippers on the sides at the bottom that unzip upward for approximately ten inches. Very, very comfortable to wear out and about. Two front pockets allow for easily carrying keys, phone and a wallet. Well worth the price for what they are - activewear!

decent quality sweatpants, French terry fabric is sturdier than fleece but not as warm

These are decent quality sweatpants. French terry fabric is not as thick or warm as fleece sweatpants, but doesn't pill as quickly as fleece. The French terry fabric has a dense woven exterior that is more abrasion-resistant than fleece. Waist sizing fits as expected. Legs fit short-to-average height men better than tall skinny people. I see the price on these is currently $47 for some colors and $13 for other colors. I would pay no more than $25 for this quality level. I don't know who is paying $47.

Stylish joggers with the right fit!

The Spalding Men's activewear jogger is made of high-quality cotton and polyester. The sweatpant is very comfortable and lightweight. The fabric is breathable and stylish. I liked the design and the build quality of the jogger. It has a small logo on the left leg and there are white sidebands below the knee. The fit is somewhere between slim and classic. It is very comfortable for outdoor activities and the waistband can be adjusted with the elastic straps. It also has two side pockets that are useful. My only concern with the jogger is the back pocket which seems to be too loose (see the picture). Other than that, I think this is a pretty and durable sweatpant that is suitable for sport and outdoor activities.

Basic sweatpants..

I've always been a Spaulding and Rawlings fan, likely because there wasn't much more when I was growing up. These are mid-weight, quite typical sweatpants. They are great for wearing around the house although not quite tapered enough for me to wear regularly. I' rather on the slim side and don't like baggy pants...not that these are but they are a tad bit larger than I prefer. I imagine I could have gotten these in a small and they would have fit a bit better. I suggest you weight more than 165 lbs but be under 6 ft. tall for these pants in a medium to give you a good fit. All in all, good materials and nice appearance....

Well Made, 30” Inseam

These sweatpants in size Medium fit my husband well – except for the length. He is 6’ tall, 155LBS, slim/fit, wears 32” waist, 34” inseam. These are about 1”-2” too short – it’s not terrible but a little “high water”. The inseam on these pants is about 30”. They are well made & look good. They go thru the wash fine, I hang to dry.

Nice jogger-style sweats

I ordered these for my teenage son who only recently has started wearing sweatpants with more of a jogger style. Comfort is his top priority and these have not disappointed. Winters are cold here and some active pants are SO thin and really do not work for the colder months but these pants are a perfect weight. They are good for lounging but their tapered, more fitted leg helps make you look more sporty than shrubby. The is the second pair of Spalding pants I have ordered (the first being women's leggings) and I continue to be impressed with the quality. They are well made and seem like they will hold up over time. Really pleased with these.
