Great Boots! but I still have to work

I have to wear boots. So far these are the lightest weight boots I've found. I did use a dial caliper to get the width right and it was exactly right length and width per their chart. I have used only one brand of inserts for 8 years. These inserts are just as good, maybe better so I haven't changed them. These boots didn't need a break-in. There are no hard spots or sore feet. This is my second pair, the first pair is at 7 months. I still wear the first pair but my company pays for boots once a year. I'd say own 2 and swap them out every other day. Best value too. I average about 30 flights of stairs a day and maybe 4 miles Also my feet haven't got wet yet in shallow puddles. I don't know what else to say, I'm happy.

Worth The Money

They fit well. My right foot has a higher instep than my left and could use a little more room - but a half-size larger would have been too large. As it is, after wearing them for five minutes, the right foot was fine. Seem like good quality for the money. Would buy again. I didn't rate durability because they are too new -can check back once I have them out doing chores.

Best boots I've had.

I'm on my 4th pair of these. I've tried other boots from other brands over the past couple years, I always return them and get these. Classic look, durable, comfortable, and you can beat a leather boot for keeping the water out.

great comfort but durability is trash

i had these boots before and it seems that before they lasted a little longer than the recent pair i bought. the boots have lasted me about 6 months and everything has been ripped or broken off. the things to tie your boot at the very top broke off. the sole itself separated a bit and it lets water in so the water proofing was compromised within 2 months. the toe leather scuffs easily and the composite toe got exposed shortly after 3 months. they are still extremely comfortable tho. but the durability seems to have dropped off A LOT since i bought a pair 4 years ago. also the anti slip isnt very anti slip. you have to do a fair amount of walking to break in the sole before you actually have anti slip.

3rd pair I’ve owned.

I work at a nuclear power plant. These composite shoes mean I get to walk happily through the metal detectors with shoes on. I love the fit, and there isn’t a break in period. They just fit well from the start. Great work shoe all around.

Not worth the money.

These boots claim to waterproof and are absolutely not. I’ve owned these boots for two weeks and my feet are wet after every day of work. I work as a lineman and wear these when I’m not climbing. I will say I’m in extreme environments muddy wet terrain. But these claim to be waterproof and are not which is pretty annoying since they were 150 bucks.

Not as hot as most work boots!

This is my second purchase of these boots. They hold up well better than some more expensive boots I have owned. The best part about these boots as they are not as hot as most. They are lightweight comfortable.

Good product

Good Shoe. I found the "energy return" insole is a pain, got rid of it, put in regular Dr.Sc*** foam in it (4CAD). with that , the feet stayed flat no more pain on heels. The heel was hurting before since it stays "raised" always.
