Good purchase

Al in all, this was a good purchase. I'm not giving this a 5-star rating, only because (IF this is really "French Terry") it's not like any French Terry I've ever had. It looks & feels like a regular lightweight sweatshirt, which is a little disappointing. I searched a lot (online) for a basic black hoodie - one with no logo on it... one that had a sense of style to it... Found this one - an "Amazon Essentials" - and decided to order it. FYI - I'm 5'8", 40" chest, 32" waist, 32/33 sleeve length. I ordered a MEDIUM - and it fits great. Not super long - and not short, either. The black is a true black (pleased with that). Appears to be well made. Zipper is good/strong. Stitching is also very good. Just disappointed in the fabric itself. Not sorry I bought it, and would still recommend this hoodie - just know in advance this isn't French Terry, and you'll be pleased with what you receive.

Good looking and comfortable.

Very comfortable while on a family visit. Warm when it was cold at night and comfortable during the day. Just right for driving the several hundred miles during night and day during our visit.

Lightweight

Nice lightweight jacket, not fleece. It is so hard to find a thin light hoodie like this. Bought 2 colors. Gave 4 stars because the colors are little off and they do shrink after wash/dry.

Good for British summer

I have ordered a lot of Amazon brand clothing recently (thanks to Covid I’ve been living out of a suitcase since January!) and have been impressed with every single item. This is a lightweight hoody which is ideal for the Great British summer when one must be prepared for anything. Nice material, colour exactly as expected and feels like good quality for the price. I am a M sized lady in a men’s S because it’s true what they say, men’s clothes really are more comfortable! If anything it’s a tad long in the body but I find they always ride up when zipped up anyway so I prefer it that way.

Excellent quality light weight hoody with out the fluffy lining perfect for summer and winter under a coat, will be buying many more. Bought a size small as I wanted it fitted I’m 5.11 , 12 stone and athletic build …fitted perfect Really pleased

Ridiculous bad packaging

Size is bigger than expected, M is a L. Zip on the wrong side. it's very lightweight, good only for summer. Delivered in a thin transparent broken nasty plastic bag. One star for the ridiculous packaging.
