Just the Way I Like It

My rating is based on my personal preference, which may not be the same for everybody. I am 5'10", around 200 pounds, a little bigger around the waist than I am around the middle, so I ordered an XL because I like a loose fit. The width at the shoulders is wide, the seams are about an inch below. The chest is loose and the waist is just right: not too loose and not too tight. The length is about 3-4 inches below the belt. This sweatshirt is just the way I expected it to fit. It is made of good quality fabric. I intended to use this as a cool weather work-outside-the-house shirt. But it is so comfortable and looks so good, I may use this one for that purpose and get another one for going around town. I took a little bit longer than I expected to arrive, but it was worth it. I ordered it at the slowest rate to get the free shipping, but even then it took a little bit longer to arrive than I expected. But it was worth the wait.

Nice casual wear

Purchased three of these that I use almost daily. Have had them for about 7 months. Two have held up well and one has a slight rip on the sleeve. I don't expect these to last forever but hoping I can get a couple of years out of them before needing to replace. nice color choices.

I was tired of buying long sleeve t shirts regularly because they are too thin and would wear out too soon. These aren't sweaters as indicated by the review but heavyweight long sleeve t shirts. As far as wear and tear one of these equals at least 4 to 5 regular long sleeve t shirts. I bought one just like this in 1998 and it held up to regular washings and wear for 12 years before it started to fray at the end of the arm of the shirt at the cuff. The color had faded very little also. I only buy the heavyweight/beefy tee short and long sleeve t-shirts and Henley type shirts. You pay a little more in the beginning but in the long run you save money. I recommend these.

I had one of these years ago, found it again on Amazon. Bought it and also one for my son who loves it too. Wide choice of colors but I went for the Cardinal Red.

Pill up in the wash and fall apart

These are really bad quality after putting them in the wash 1 time they pill up and start falling apart , I used to always associate Russel Athletic with quality as I have had good products in the past (the 90's) but these are shocking on top of this both draw stings snapped where I had to pull them out tie them and thread them again with a safety pin . Last time I ever buy RA products . The jumpers I bought are the same

Nice sweater, watch for colour!

This sweater seems nice and thick, cozy too! Good fit (I just said fits as expected because I purchased a mens large to be oversized) just beware of the colour. Was expecting a more true orange, this was a very warm burnt orange. Still cute though!
