Better Than High-End

I've used dozens up on dozens of lotions and disliked most of them. I ordered this one based on price and previous positive experiences with other Palmers products. This lotion is thick and creamy with a mild nutty scent which lingers, but subtly and gently. You have to rub in a bit, but it absorbs well and doesn't leave you greasy. My skin stays soft and moisturized longer than with other lotions/creams at a much much lower price point. I will gladly repurchase this lotion.

Great product

I am new to the world of eczema and the itching is horrible. This lotion immediately stops the itch and soothes my skin. It has a nice light vanilla scent and is non-greasy. I love it.

Moisturizing simple lotion!

Needed a lotion for post-shower and I love the simple ingredients, scent, and especially the size! I keep it right by my shower so I remember to apply lotion after showering which is the best time. The scent is very light and the lotion is not greasy at all.

Wonderful Moisturizer

I've been using this lotion for years and I love it! The only thing I do not like is how the scent has changed. It smells horrible to me. I'm picky about how products feel and smell. I hope they will consider using a natural scent such as an essential oil rather than a fragrance. Unfortunately I may not purchase this lotion again.

My Favorite Lotion

There is no lotion I would dare to compare to this brand, and I wouldn't entertain buying a different kind unless it was going above and beyond. It not only moisturizes my skin, but softens it so much. I have struggled with dry cracking skin that grows rough for years and this has been the perfect solution.

I love this stuff

This is my favourite body moisturiser ever. The smell is hard to describe but very warm and comforting - think nuts and vanilla kind of scent. I even prefer it to the standard Palmer’s moisturiser cocoa butter smell which is also delicious. This moisturiser is thick and really rich - it can take a few minutes to fully sink in but it doesn’t leave an oily film. It also doesn’t break me out despite being prone to blocked pores and some acne on my back and shoulders. The scent lasts on my skin for hours without being overpowering. Highly recommend.

Second order - totally different product in bottle! Awful.

Ordered this twice now... The first time I was so impressed with the product. Lovely smelling, deeply moisturising, white coloured formula. True to the same consistency and style of the other palmers body lotions that I have had. I reordered after being so impressed and this is a completely different mixture inside the bottle! I even compared it to the last reminents of product in the first bottle I ordered and this second bottle is more of a browny white colour, doesn’t smell as good and doesn’t absorb into the skin at all! Horrible! Shall not be buying again.

I believe this is a copy or a bad batch. I have asked the seller twice for a refund or replacement and to advise if it's a copy as I've got very sensitive skin. I've used the cream for a long time and it's never been a watery gel formula. The seller is ignoring me so I've had to escalate to Amazon now. My skin is very sensitive and this made me really itchy. I've since re ordered from another seller and got the correct consistency with no problem. I more didsapointed they didn't come back to me to apologise and get the refund sorted themselves I've had to escalate, not professional and also tells me they're not genuine as anyone genuine would want to resolve the issue promptly themselves.

Gorgeous and not expensive

This smells like more expensive French brand! It is a thicker lotion, you need a little bit. It smells divine for such an affordable product for body... I have used more expensive like rituals, loccitane, nuxe, molton brown that weren't as beautiful! If you like vanilla or coconut/milky aromas you will be delighted.

Don't Buy If You Want A Moisturizer!

I do not recommend this product to anyone that has human skin. The reason is, is because it is one of them con products that moisturize your skin in the short run, but in the long run it makes your skin even dryer. Ive been using this for almost 3 weeks. 3-4 times a week. Until now i used organic olive oil. Never in my life has my legs or arms been this dry. its probably a capitalist ploy to get consumers to buy more of their good because it feels good in the short run. Little do the consumers know, its making their skin dryer and dryer. I had a similar experience with Nivea moisturizer where itd make me feel very moisturized whenever i applied it but my skin felt crunchy and cracking if i went more than 20hrs without applying any. I then switched to a simple rosewarer and glycerine spray and that has made my skin moisturized in the long run. I no longer need to apply product multiple times a day and can feel a massive difference. The chemicals in this should be enough to deter you.
