Your skin wont regret it!

Palmers cocoa butter is ELITE, I don’t care what anyone says. This is one of the BEST lotions on the market and has solved so many of my minor skin issues like dryness, rough patches, bumpy skin, etc. Not to mention, it truly does hydrate my skin for the entire day. It’s not going to evaporate off in a second like it’s entirely made of water, and it’s not going to sit on top of your skin feeling heavy or greasy either. It will quickly soak in, leaving your skin feeling super soft and well moisturized. Oh god and the smell??? Heavenly.. it has slight hints of a delicious chocolate without being sweet or overpowering in any way. 10000/10 product, I’ve repurchased atleast 30 times in the last few years for my entire household!

Luxurious Lotion

I have been using Palmers for many years and it such a rich lotion that differentiates it from ordinary products like Vaseline Intensive, etc. Very long lasting hydration when applied and a wonderful chocalate type scent. A little greasy at first but eventually adsorbs and gives a great skin feel. This is the arsitocrat of lotions and you will never go back to the typical Vaseline, Nivea, Jergens, Cetaphil, Aveeno, Neutrogena, or CeraVe type again.

Healing…

Thick and Very moisturizing for dry skin. I do have sensitive skin and it makes my skin soft. I don’t really know how to describe the smell, but I love it. I haven’t used this in many years until now, and it’s that same cocoa butter scent I loved so many years ago! If you need skin therapy, this works really good.

Like a dolphin, touched for the very first time

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, I found myself unable to find stock of my go-to body moisturiser in local shops. So I came here and managed to buy two bottle. As a huge fan of the seductive scent of this product I would just like to clarify the potential of how it can make you feel - 1) Ultimately, you will feel like a smooth Dolphin ready to crash into the waves of the ocean and swim away for good. I might just do that. 2) You will smell like a goddess and people in the street might actually attempt to lick your skin because the aroma is just so tempting. Some might call it sexual harassment, I just enjoy the attention. 3) Upon fresh application you may be a bit slippery. This is perfect for when you need to escape quickly from certain situations. Like if you were stealing toilet roll from a shop and the security guard tried to grab you. I am not speaking from personal experience just saying that it might be useful. Overall amazing product and I fully intend to continue to smother myself in it twice daily for the foreseeable future.

I am a sexy smooth chocolate dolphin

This is my favourite body moisturizer EVER. Too heavy for my face but everywhere else loves it! I actually use it over another moisturizer that contains chemical exfoliants but has an unfortunate smell... no-one is any the wiser, and whenever I pass anyone they drift into a chocolately blissful daydream. Would recommend using after shaving legs and before getting into freshly changed bedsheets.

My go to for healing tattoos!!

I have eczema/dermatitis and dry skin patches that if left begin cracking. This Cocoa butter in combination with second skin and Vaseline is my go to for healing my tattoos! I do prefer this pump bottle to the original style bottle as it makes it much easier to get the cream out from the bottom half of the bottle. Gone of the days of struggling to get a tiny bit of cream to come out! Regarding my tattoo healing, I have tried everything: prescription creams, oils, fancy tattoo aftercare lotions even dry healing. This and dry healing is the only way I can heal my tattoos well. But as of late my eczema has been becoming flared up with my new tattoos so I have been using this method of the second skin for 7 days then the cocoa butter and thin later of Vaseline plus cleansing the tattoo with fragrance free soap under cold water morning and evening. But please do not take medical advice from an amazon reviewer! Always refer back to your tattoo artist if you would like advice on a certain healing techniques. Vaseline is certainly not recommend for healing tattoos as it can easily suffocate it which can cause many issues. For me I had to try out many different healing techniques for my skin type, it was a lot of trial and error. It turns out this is what works well for me. But what works for one person may not work for the next. This Cocoa butter also has a really lovely scent and I like to use it occasionally on my legs too. smells nice BUT!!!!!!

this product does smell nice and that's always a good thing BUT and its quite a BIG BUT when you getting about half way down you cant get the lotion out without shaking it/sqeezing it/digging it etc its just dream and that makes it irritating and fussy but on the good side it is quite a bit cheaper on amazon than any supermarket or pharmacy and fast delivery (if ordering over £20) so its ok but they need to go back to the drawing board for the actual bottle functioning which is appealing

A great all-over moisturiser for winter. Bonus: it makes you smell like a bar of chocolate.

Palmer's cocoa butter is my go-to daily moisturiser for winter. I use it on my face, hands, feet and body and it moisturises well without any breakouts. I get very dry, itchy skin in the winter here in the UK, and have to moisturise pretty much all over to keep myself happy. I used to hate moisturising my body as some moisturisers leave you with an unpleasant clammy oiliness between your skin and clothes, but despite being a heavy moisturiser Palmer's is water-based and absorbs really easily. It makes you smell like a bar of chocolate, which isn't a bad thing in my opinion. Even with daily use the 400ml pump container lasts for ages, and I recommend cutting it open once you can't get any more from the pump as there will still be plenty left lining the bottle. It loses a star for this, as I like containers that allow you to get all the product out easily without resorting to a hacksaw job. Amazon frequently have it on discount, so wait a bit and get it on sale if it's fully price!
