Don’t be deceived - no returns!!

Ordered a small and medium for my daughter with extremely thin legs. Both of these were tiny! The small barely went over her ankle. I would not get this for a child any older than 10 and would size up tremendously. BEWARE that the site says “eligible for refunds/replacement”, however don’t be deceived. If you click on that (who would think to do that), it says NOT eligible for refunds/replacement. I now have two pieces of useless fabric and am out almost $40. Not happy. I have been trying to figure out how to get in touch with the manufacturer to no avail.

hard to find item

I bought this knee sleeve for my daughter to run in (cross country). I measured her leg around her knee (11") and ordered a large (should fit 10-12"). She found it rather loose and it looks that way to me as well. Another reviewer thought the item ran small though. Anyway, with it being loose it is hard to say how well it supports. My daughter found that the ace bandage we were using felt more supportive than the knee sleeve since it was snugger. For the right fit it's probably fine; make sure you measure your child's leg and, like I said, the 10-12" large was a little loose on a leg just under 11". Hope that helps.

May need a size smaller than you think

My son's knee is exactly 10" around so I bought the large (for 10" - 12") and it is entirely too big. I was afraid the medium would be too small (8" - 10") and he would outgrow it quickly but the large won't work for him for a long time. You may want to order a size smaller than what they recommend. We haven't had a chance to use it yet so I can't comment on how well it works but wanted to share my experience with the sizing.

I am very disappointed that I can not return for a different size! Not every person fits every product description.

Large was still too small for my 8 year old.

Very basic. Just a neoprene tube with a hole cut in the middle. I have seen far more complex sleeves for the same price. Ordered the largest kids size I could and it was still too small for my 8 year old.

Runs very large...definitely go down a size.

This is everything you would expect a neoprene sleeve to be but it runs much larger than the sizing states. My daughter's knee was about ¼" larger around than the max measurement for the size large. Because of the reviews I decided the size large should be fine. Its still a bit too large! In fact...I wish I would have gone down to a size medium. It slides down while she's wearing it. The knee hole keeps going under her kneecap and then it is difficult to pull back up. Its pretty useless if it doesn't fit right.

Sleeve runs very large

I'm never too sure about people's reviews. This one said that the sleeve runs large. My knee measures 13 inches, so I bought the large, which they say is for 10-12 inches at the knee. It is way too large. I should have listened to the other reviewers. Go at least one smaller size than expected. Also, if you are 4'11' or more, a small adult sleeve would be better. I'm nearly 5 feet tall and this sleeve is super short. I finally found the Futuro, in a small adult size that fits perfectly.

I ordered the kids Large (knee measurement was 11 3/4) and the size seems right (I think the next size down would have been to tight) and it seems to help a little bit when I walk, but it is not extremely comfortable. There is a little tag on the seam in the back and I have to put a tissue or something behind it or it rubs my leg. It takes a little getting used to. It is like a thin foam and I think I would have preferred a sock like material. I would not buy it again.

Fits good...does the job

Fits good, my daughter has a 10" circumference around the bend in the knee and the medium fits just right.

Went based on the sizing and it was too small ...

Went based on the sizing and it was too small for my 10 year old. We bought the medium as she is quite slim with long legs, but she couldn't get it over her calf. We ended up buying one with straps so she could adjust the fit.
