Don't like the scent? Hang in the sun!!

I got my first pair of these on Woot. White with no scent and cool for summer. Comfortable and worked pretty good so ordered the black ones. About passed out from the scent though so washed and soaked in scent remover which didn't make a dent. Then I hung them out in the sun. It took 3 days but now they just smell like clean socks! Love the Coolmax.

Perfect travel socks

These Travelsox are exactly what I have been looking for. I do a lot of traveling and I have learned that compression socks make a big difference in how my feet feel upon arrival. These are the best I have ever worn. They are not overly compressed which is such a problem for getting them on and off particularly after a long flight. So many of the compression socks take a Herculean effort to get over my heels that they are not worth wearing. Others are nice and tall; over the calf to the knee, but quite often they begin to droop toward the end of the day. It is awful to take an international flight and then have to wear saggy socks all the way to the hotel. The Travelsox stay in place, they are not overly thick and they are easy to put on. I also like that they are warmer than the 100% Merino socks. My first test was wearing them on a flight from NYC to Tokyo and when I put my shoes on, as we were landing, my feet were not swollen nor had the socks moved one inch since departure. Hard to believe I get two pairs for the price of one. They are a great value.

Flight swelling better but not great

My feet, ankles, and legs swell when flying hopes these compression socks would do the trick. They helped. The swelling was significantly less that usual; however, there was still more swelling than I had expected and hoped for.

The socks are good for poor circulation

I like the socks; I've used them before--& for a trip. I am also going to use them again for a trip. My circulation in my legs isn't the greatest right now. I hope with exercise, etc. I can improve it.

No Leg Swelling

My wife and I wore these on a flight from LAX to Sydney, Australia and our legs were in good shape when we got there. One of our other friends we met there said her legs were swollen when she got off the plane. Was it the socks? Who knows but my nurse sister-in-law recommended we wear them (she also recommended we take aspirin before the flight but we did not do that). I'm keeping them for my next long flight whenever that gets to happen again.

Everything I expected!

Your Edema won't disappear unless you raise your legs above your torso while lying on your back, but your lower legs will be comfortable wearing these socks! A benefit toward better health in the area of your body that can always use "being treated better!" :-)
