Good tool

Good product it's not a snap on but will get the job done

A little hard to use but worked as intended

I bought this just to replace 1 strainer nut under my kitchen sink. This took me a while to line up to the tabs on the nut but once I got it it worked like a charm.

Looks down right cheap, works great

This item showed up quickly and was exactly what I needed. It surprised me how cheap it looked and felt. Looks aren't everything, and it functioned exactly the way I hoped it would. The paltry sum I paid for it was chump change compared to getting a plumber or handyman to do the job for me.

This is a spanner wrench for sink baskets. It works just fine for its purpose. No issues. Why people are reading the description, buying this, using it for motorcycles and then giving it a poor review when it doesn't work for them like you see in other reviews here is beyond me. This is for sinks and thats what it works for.

Intended use

This photo shows the intended use for this spanner wrench. I've highlighted the lugs of a standard 3.5" kitchen drain nut to make clear how the wrench works. The wrench is not the best quality, but it worked well. Turned out the drain assembly nut on my sink was seized and it required the use of a 2 pound hammer and punch to break the nut loose. Then the wrench worked to remove the nut and install the new drain assembly.
