Meets my needs

This photo album is exactly as pictured. I needed one with nearly 200 slots and there weren't many to be found anywhere. So although this does not have a high end look to it, I didn't expect it to since it is priced so affordably.

A very beautiful photo album

I like this album very much. It can hold a lot of 5X7 pictures. It looks to be of a very good quality. Some people said that it has a strong odor right out of the box. I have a very keen sense of smell, but the slight odor comes from the plastic cover. I just wiped it with a damp wash cloth, wrung out and then the smell was gone. Then I dried it with a paper towel. It's a good idea to keep the plastic cover on in order to keep the material of the album clean. The only thing I did not like is of the two sections on each page there is only about 1 1/2 inches at the bottom sectioned off and the rest is open, so if you put smaller than 5X7 picture in it, they would slide around. Also you got to be careful not to force 5X7's in so plastic pages won't tear because they're thin. I still love this album.

Pretty Photo Album does not Portray So

I wanted a 3 1/2 Star Rating, because though pretty to look at the album, with enough sturdiness in binding and ease of photo insertion, the plastic sleeves are not clear! Lines and markings seem to abound, marring the presentation and taking away from the over-all photo clarity throughout. Dunno if I got a bad batch of albums with faulty photo sleeves, but I was dismayed. It's all in the angle when you view your photos, or the lines get in the way.

Dont's buy

The adhesive on the photo album won't stay down. The result is the clear sheet has wrinkles in it. Waste of money. Looking for a good 5x7 photo album for my genealogy but it didn't work.

A perfect holder for different types of memories - A Memory Holder.

Size is true to the advertisement summary. There is a space to write note or information about item entered into the album. I'm using for graduation advice card and present the album and cards as a gift. Dollar value...a plus; and it is sturdy to open and I am traveling with this album. The color I select was perfect for a young man.

Good product, smells bad

I love the album, I’d been having a hard time finding one like this in stores. I saw other reviews that said the pockets ripped. Mine haven’t with my 5x7 photos just be gentle putting them in. Lost a star just because it smelled so bad, like a mixture of chemicals and wet paint. Hopefully airing it out will get rid of it but overall great product!

The pages can each accommodate two 5x7 photos in landscape orientation, or a single 5x7 photo in portrait orientation. I also use this book to hold 4x6 photos. Because the pages support the dual format the plastic dividers that hold the photos in place don't go all the way across the page. Even as such I have not had an issue with photos of either size slipping out of place. There is about an inch and a half column of writing space on the inside of every page. The pages are not see through to the other side so even with smaller images they're on a white background.

Great photo album for 5x7" photos, but lacks vertical orientation

The price of this album was a bit out of my budget, but since there's barely any selections for 5x7" photo albums, I had no choice but to bite. Overall, the album is really nicely built. Unfortunately, the album only supports horizontal orientation, so you're forced to rotate it to look at vertical photos. There are areas beside each photo for you to write notes down though, which is a plus.

My favourite!!

These albums are my favourite!! It’s Very good quality !! Easily fits 5*7 pictures vertically and horizontally. There is a little chemical smell to it but if you live it out in the open the smell will disappear. Other then that it’s a great album!!
