Overall GREAT for the $$$

So, i bought these mega cheap ($18) with very little for expectations. Size: I usually wear a 7.5 wide. I bought an 8.5 and probably should have bought a 9. They're ok, but no room at all in the toe. Width: they're actually REALLY wide. I have a fairly wide foot and these are wider than most wide shoes. I did not order wide. Insoles: are total crap. Like flat piece of cardboard crap. Absolutely 0 support or padding. Worse than wearing a pair of flat flip flops. However, the width is such that I can place a GOOD insole inside. For the $18 I spent on these it's still cheap to spend money on an insole in them. Plus I can choose an insole appropriate for my specific feet. So, while it would be a deal breaker if I had paid good money for these, it's actually a BIG positive at the $18 I paid for them. Laces: they are SHORT. They need a good 2 to 4 inch longer lace. Soles: if you roll to the inside of the foot. These might be great for you. The first thing I noticed was that they seem to slightly lift the inside ball of my foot. For me that means I will be watching for how they wear on the outer foot seeing how my feet tend to roll to the outside. Comfort: I wore them to work in the greenhouse today for the first time with the crap insoles and they were actually pretty comfortable. Better than I expected when I put them on and felt the insole. I only worked about 4 hours, so the risk of being miserable was low and I was pleasantly surprised. Waterproof: the jury is still out. I wasn't watering plants today. So, I will have to update on that later. Construction: so far they appear pretty well put together. They look nice and don't feel like $18 shoes. Appear on par with much better brands. They definitely aren't Northface, comumbia or even HI Tec. But they look good and are comfortable. I am happy with them for work even if they only hold up for a few months. We will see how they hold up to working in the greenhouse. I tend to destroy shoes fast out there. Even at a bit higher price they'd be a good choice. I'll update after a season of work!

Narrow Toe Box

These boots are good for the price. I used mine for walking the dogs on rainy/muddy days and they held up well. Feet stayed warm and dry. The only reason I ended up getting rid of them was because the toe box is so narrow that they hurt my feet after a short walk. If you have even slightly wide feet, don't risk it. No amount of "breaking them in" will make them more comfortable. However, if you do not have wide feet and are looking for a decent pair of hiking boots, I would definitely recommend these!

Worth it

I am a regular walker. Occasional hiker. I do not think I need super amazing hiking boots. I liked these well enough to buy two pair one for home and one for up North in case we decide to hike and I didn't pack them. The price was right for these nice boots

I should have listened To the reviews and sized up. I usually wear a 7 1/2 but I should’ve gotten size 8. They’re really cute though and for the most part just need some good insoles.

Love my hiking shoes

I am very happy with my purchase of this pair of hiking shoes. I have worn them daily for a couple of months and have no complaints. My 4-5 mile morning walk covers some rough terrain and these shoes handle it without any problems. My feet stay dry walking through the damp vegetation. My previous "waterproof" boots soaked through leaving me with wet socks and feet - very annoying! I highly recommend these hiking boots.

Seems pretty decent for the price...

Got these a few days ago, and haven't actually used them yet, but have walked around in them for a few minutes as I would in a shoe store to see how they feel. They feel fine, though I know that's no reflection of how comfortable or uncomfort they would feel if I wore them for a couple of hours. What I like about them is that they aren't stiff and in need of 'breaking in'. Like most shoes/runner/hikers today, the insoles are poor and they need soft insoles. I always buy shoes a half-size larger than my actual sizes to allow for padded inserts. What I DON'T like about them is the colour. On Amazon they look milk-chocolate brown. I got a pair that's so dark it looks almost black. I hate dark coloured runners/hikers in black or any colour that verges on black. Also, dark footwear holds heat and that heats up the feet. It's a horrible feeling. I'm not sure if I can overcome my dislike of the colour. So I'll probably be returning them.

Por el precio, valió completamente la pena Compré 3, una para mí, mi madre y una amiga Y ha sucedido que he tenido que pedir medio número más grande por las reseñas que he leído La de mi amiga le hormó muy bien La de mi madre le quedo un poco grande A mí me quedo bien pero tal vez me quedo con la duda si con medio número hubiese sido lo correcto En cuanto la calidad y los acabados de los materiales no puedo tener queja son muy cómodas pero recomiendo usar calcetines un poco altos porque sino si se siente un poco como si cortara en la parte trasera Llovió y pase por charcos grandes y no me he mojado para nada Estoy muy contenta con la compra de estas botas y han llegado muy rápido y Bien empaquetadas

Pequeñas y con defecto

Son muy bonitas, tal cual como en la foto, pero me llegaron unas con un defecto en la costura en la punta del pie derecho. Otro problema es que me quedaron justas a pesar de pedir un número más. Calzo entre MX 4.5 y 5, pedí el número 6, y me quedaron justas; sumado al problema de la costura, es imposible usarlas.

Muy confortables.

Me gustaron, buena calidad, ligeros, buen precio; soy del 25 y pedí el 9 de US y me quedaron muy bien, ni apretados ni grandes...exactos. Llegaron en la fecha esperada; pensé que eran de manufactura estadunidense pero son hechos en China. (Fue lo único que no me gustó)
