What is this witchcraft

I only started using this last week, so I may update my review depending on any changes, but so far???? I am loving this night cream. I am always very picky about creams/lotions. I just can never really find the right one for my combo/dry skin. The last two I used were great, (Fresh Beauty Lotus Night Cream, FAB Beauty night cream,) but very expensive. I also recently tried out the Bonajour night cream, but the amount of plants and potential irritants in the ingredients scared me a bit. I decided to try this when I saw it was more reasonably priced, not to mention the brand was featured in the pre-oscars party goodies bag (I've used hado labo products before, but never the creams.) Normally it takes a while for me to see any differences in my skin, but upon using this night cream I noticed that every morning I'd wake up to super smooth, glassy skin. After doing my morning routine the glass skin would remain, and would actually become brighter. The day after night 2 of using this cream, i was having a chat with my mom when all of a sudden she touched my face and said my skin looked so nice that she had to touch it see if it feels as smooth as it looks. To me my mom's reaction to my face was probably the biggest indicator that whatever this cream is doing, its working. I've yet to see any allergic reactions or any dryness, but so far I feel like my skin really loves this cream. If I continue to not have any problems, I will probably consider this a holy grail item and repurchase. 5/5, definitely recommend.

Soft Application and Smoother Skin

I have used a whole container of this after my dermatologist recommended it, and I have loved it! It has made my skin so soft and really isn't heavy. I was worried it would feel super heavy after I applied it, but no it soaks in and somehow makes my skin smoother just by using it. Definitely needed in those colder months. But I have oily skin and doesn't make my skin feel oily or heavy.

amazing! one of the best night creams in terms of functionality and value

I have sensitive, combo skin and have used different nighttime moisturizers, but I keep coming back to this Hada Labo moisturizer. It doesn’t irritate me and does a superior job at moisturizing my skin. I wake up to very soft and hydrated facial skin every time! Of course, we cannot just rely on a tub of moisturizer to work miracles and iron out our skin imperfections, but have to be consistent about taking proactive measures to keep our skin healthy like getting enough sleep, eating well, exercising, and drinking water. It has worked so well for me and I hope it does for you too. My skin health journey has been influenced by a fantastic dermatologist on youtube ( hey, Dr. Dray!!) and since I followed her recommendations, my skin has been a whole lot better. Thanks to all the free resources on the internet that helps us make better choices for our health ????

hydrating, non irritating but ...

I've used this nightly for 3+ months. i use this brand's hydrating plumping gel serum first, then apply this lightweight gel cream. There is no difference in the appearance of fine (or deeper) wrinkles. My face does feel soft, but i find any facial cream will achieve that. I was hoping to stave off new wrinkles or stop fine ones from deepening. This did not happen at all. If anything, I noticed new wrinkle patches on my cheeks. Very disturbing. harumpff. I know this product did not cause the wrinkles on my cheeks, but gosh... they're getting deeper and more noticeable when I smile. I have sensitive skin, on the dry side. This gel cream is lightweight, non-sticky, doesn't clog pores and is unscented. I moisturizes but doesn't seem to hydrate. Disappointed, as I like the texture and consistency of the lotion, but the results just aren't there to justify continuing its use.

Great Product but Read the Ingredients

This product was one of the best I have ever used, then I became aware of something. Sharks aren’t just taken, finned, and dumped back in the ocean. They are taken for their livers also and the oil put in beauty products as Squalane. This contains Squalane. This saddens me, because it is a fantastic product however I won’t be getting any more as sharks are vital to the survival of the marine ecosystem which is on the verge of collapse. There are alternatives so I guess I will go looking for one of those, and keep the shark liver oil where it belongs-in the shark.
