Great clips, short rope.
I like these cam type tie-downs. I thought each tie-down had 8' of cord but there was one 8' section total. Other than that, It was a great deal.

I use these for Bow and Stern lines when I put my kayak(s) on my car, The carrier I got came with rope and showed you how to tie a knot, but if I'm putting something on the roof racks, I want to be able to verify that it isn't going any where. These are small - the clasp end is about the size of a car keyfob - but they aren't (in my case) holding down the load, they are holding it from slipping forward or backwards, with two other straps around the middle of the 'yak that are keeping it tight to the roof rack system. They are easy to use, but beware that the roller to release the grip is also very small, so in some cases you need to pull a little tighter at first and then guide the release open once the pressure is off the rope/release. These save me so much time, I bought another set for my wife's car for when she goes out to the lake without me!

2 cams per 1 rope
So these cams are good quality for the most part, I use them as a "tie down" for my boats cover. I ordered 4 of these 2-pks for a total of 8 cams. Problem is that they only send one cord to split between the two cams, so I only had four eight foot cords, it wasn't that big of a deal because I had extra 550 cord but I still think they should have a clearer description about this "2-pack with cord"

I kid you not! These are great and easy to use. Use as directed and pay attention to the difference in max load limits and max breaking load limits. Never push things to their max breaking limit and enjoy years of safe and useful service. At least that's my personal policy on things and rarely disappointed. I bought what I considered the starter set for $7. Bought the aluminum cord set and 2 four packs of the 280 lb cord tightners. Great for edc, vehicle and support for moving items on carts, etc.

El producto funciona muy bien, lo utilizo para atar el frente y la cola de mi kayak a mi auto al transportarlo. La razón por la que pongo 3 estrellas es que vienen 2 broches pero solo 1 cuerda. Por lo que es necesario comprar cuerda extra.

Son pequeños de 7 cm de longitud y el cable es muy delgado
No son para uso rudo, mas bien para maletas ligeras de auto pero el cable es muy corto y solo puedes amarrar dos maletas medianas.
