Does it's job

We installed drip irrigation DIY. It does its job in doing holes. Little bit pressure needed. Men's can do easily. Value for money compared to retail stores.

It pokes holes in vinyl tubing which you can push nozzles into.

I had a bunch of vinyl tubing I was struggling to get irrigation drippers into and this tool solved my problem. I suppose if you had to do more than a couple dozen of these things it would become a pain. But it works!

There are fancier more expensive options but these are the best and least expensive.

this works fine - no need to buy an expensive tool

This was the most cost effective option and worked as intended with absolutely no issue. For once, I'm glad I didn't overspend and go the deluxe route.

Best drip tubing punch

This punch costs a fraction of alternative products and performs the best. It punches a small hole that then is finished when the barb is inserted. Result is less effort to punch and a tighter fit around the barb. The cushioned handle is great. Buy a few - they are easy to lose.

Made insertions into 1/2 supply tubing easy

I had trouble connecting 1/4 inch tubing into 1/2 inch supply tubing until I used this tool. The hole punch that this device made was consistent and uniform. Great price too. This device should be part of most kits.

Difficult to use

Save yourself the trouble and get the more expensive $7 hole punch. This cheap one (I bought two) makes the job so much more difficult than it needs to be. It’s awkward and slips and slides on the tubing.

Can’t recommend these if you have hard ground

I wish I could give a better review. I’m sure these work great somewhere for someone but they just kept breaking here in the dry high desert for me. Our ground is hard and these things aren’t.
