Works fine but design lacking
This was easy to install and the parts are well manufactured, but the design needs some finesse. The rod sticks out very far and is very in your face compared to other towel rings. It looks off and inelegant.

Beautiful and functional!
Love the way it looks! My husband said that it was a little tricky to install but once it was on it really looked so much nicer than what we had been using before. Moen always has good quality and classy looking pieces. We have the towel rod and toilet paper holder as well in the same pattern.

Looks nice and matched what I already had in my bathroom
I needed to add a towel ring to match an existing bathroom collection. I likes this one enough that I replaced some of the towel racks from the same collection (lounge). I was very happy with the install method, much better than what is normally included with what I'd get at a local 'big box' hardware store. The brushed nickel finish looks great and doesn't show dust or water spots. I feel a lot better about this being attached to the wall and staying that way after some months / years of use, unlike some of the competitors products I've installed (and replaced / upgraded with new wall-mounting hardware). If / when we remodel the bathrooms it will be with more of these Moen products as opposed to the stuff I can normally get at a local hardware store.

Well Packaged - Simple Install
The install process was simple and the instructions were adequate. The drywall anchors provided were actually very nice compared to what I'm used to getting with kits. Just make sure you use a level when installing the bracket and watch carefully for the arrow on the bracket so you install the holder with the set screw facing down. This looks and feels great when installed. This is a bit more expensive then other options, but is very modern and stylish. Packaging was good with prompt delivery and no damage to product. I really like how smooth this looks with the set screw hiddem on the bottom.

like the look and simplicity
It matches our other fixtures and serves purpose for sink area hand towel. Only minor complaint is that it juts out from the wall 3.5 inches from base to towel ring which is farther than my previous towel holder. Glad we had the room to accommodate it.

Replaced all Our Bathroom Accessories
We replaced all our towel bars, toilet paper holder, and hand towel rings with this line. The finished results are great, but installation required that we drill horizontal paired holes, perpendicular to the existing ones, to mount the fixtures. Most fixtures that I have seen mount on a vertical attachment, these required that we remove the old verticle mounting bases and install similar but horizontal ones. I might not have purchased this line if I had known that I was going to make a mess having to drill 26 holes in my bathroom walls but I am pleased with the end results.
