Annoying squeak

Great value, beautiful product

This towel ring adds style and utility to our house. Very sturdy and a great match for our decor. Ordered one for each bathroom and two for the kitchen. Highly recommend! Arrived well-packaged and in quick time frame.

Missing part

It's Moen so the quality is good and it's a match for a nearby towel holder. It was missing the set screw that hold the item to the wall bracket. Fortunately, having a lot of miscellaneous parts around I was able to "stabilize" it so that it is functional. Recommendation is that buyers should make sure the small parts are in the package before opening.
