Good quality
This fixture looks nice and sleek and the weight of it is much better than cheaper fixtures. Plus, my plumber approved Moen brand products. (Side note: he says always buy Moen, Kohler, Delta, or brands even higher end. Do not buy no-name or store brands as there are more plastic parts, they break easier, and usually have to be replaced instead of repaired.)

Additional parts required
The faucet looks and works great. Only issue was with the installation because 1) plumbers putty is required and I didn’t have any and 2) you have to buy or have the intake hoses and for me that was a 1/2” on one end and 3/8” on the other so the ones I had from the old faucet didn’t work either. I just wasn’t expecting to pay as much as I did for those only to have to spend $20 more for the hoses and putty. Installation otherwise wasn’t too difficult although the part where you have to tighten a really big nut behind a sink and under the counter was not at all easy due to the confined space. But hopefully this faucet will last more than the one year of the previous one I installed and had to replace because the water flow became less than a trickle.

Leaky faucet after 2 years
We bought 5 of these in 2021 and one of them has been leaking from the inside. The water drips down the front of the base onto the plate and sink. I removed the piece under the arm and can't see exactly where it's coming from. Moen has a limited lifetime warranty, so I called them today and they are sending me new parts and instructions on how to replace them. If this does not work, they will send me a new faucet. I hope the new parts work. I must say that Moen has excellent customer service and a lifetime warranty if you are the original owner. My son replaced the parts easily and the leaking stopped.

This beautiful faucet is just a faucet, no toilet paper holder and no towel holders.
I love this beautiful faucet looks perfect and we were able to get it installed in one evening. I don't think that the sellers should imply that they're giving us those extras when they aren't included. It is expensive. I'm keeping it. I will use buyers beware when dealing with this seller again.

Nice style, good quality, not easy to install
I bought these to replace a few existing faucets of the same style. These faucets are of great quality. The only downside is installation - the underside of the valve handles requires tightening a nut that is difficult to do. I'm pretty handy and have installed numerous faucets, but i struggled with this one.

Quality faucet at a good price
Lots of selections of styles and types of faucets from many manufacturers. I chose the Moen Conway because it wasn't trendy and fit the decor of the bathroom. Also, because Moen has a good reputation. However in this case It lost a star because one of the cartridges was faulty resulting in a drip after installation. But Moen was very responsive and sent two replacements and a tool at no cost within a few days of my contacting them by phone. Maybe it should be four and a half stars.
