Finally a good one...it's a keeper!

I wanted a light weight food processer and this one fits the bill. It also processes food perfectly. For the money and the smaller 8 cup size I love it. It's a keeper after I tried 4 other makes and models.

underpowered

Processor is underpowered. It is also overly complicated to taken apart and clean. Do not recommend this model. Haven had other Kitchenaid model that was great.

Not too big, not too small

I already had a big food processor (14 cup). But it is too big when I want to make a small amount like cole slaw for two people. This is a good size.

Disappointing

Ordered this to replace my aging Cuisinart. I am going to return it. Chopping walnuts, it was dancing across the counter because the base is not heavy enough. Slicing apples, pieces got packed in the edge of the lid. The feed tube is small and the piece that fits in the tube has a front and back so is not reversible. It will slide in part way if it’s backwards, and then it has to be removed and turned around. It just doesn’t feel as solid as the Cuisinart. One good thing is that it is easier to empty the bowl without spilling, since it doesn’t have the hole in the center like Cuisinart.

Amazing Customer Service & Return Policy

My product came damaged with a minor crack on the lid but it was an amazing, hassle free experience getting a replacement. It came promptly and it’s been a breeze to use. I bought it for baking and to match my stand mixer and I have not been disappointed. It’s a pretty appliance and functions perfectly for what I need it for!

I really like the 2 zes to slice

Great feature, being able to slice smaller items like pickles or cherry tomatoes. Also like the convenience of the lift off jar.

Bigger but mightier!

Much bigger than I expected, but I so do not regret it now. Originally bought it as an onion mincer, but now I cut everything there! Another great product! Well done KitchenAid!
