Water lines are reversed

Looks good and works well after you swap the water lines. If you want the cold water at the top and hot water at the bottom you will need to reverse the lines as you hook up.

A real pull down (10” additional length) and super easy install.

Up to 10” of pull down length since the hose slides through the body of the faucet into the cabinet underside where it is weighted and attaches to the cupply via quick connect. It’s a breeze to install and is well built. Slightly lower pressure than the older KPF-1602 (which I replaced because the hose broke) but one advantage is that it eliminates the pipe knocking.

Pricy but a good buy

I have gold faucets in one of my bathrooms and I didn't realize the material could have water stains. So this time around I researched and bought this beautiful champagne gold faucet that is water stain resistant. It's lovely and functional. No complaints

Commercial grade, but elegant look!

Excellent heavy duty quality. Stiff & tight, but very high quality. Colors are well matched to our theme. The spray hose could be a tad longer, but the trade off is you don’t have a sag after a few years of use. Haven’t had to change a gasket cartridge yet. A+!

We like the faucet. Personally wish the hose was a bit longer and more flexible. It has been in for about a year, no problems. I wanted to purchase a replacement cartridge to have on hand (all sorts of parts seem to be out of stock now days). The part number they provide in the paperwork does not seem to be available anyplace. All varieties of cartridges come up when you search it. Sent Kraus a message, since there are no cartridges for sale on their website, (and the part does not come up there either). I get back a form letter asking for details of the item, invoice and a batch number, an exact discription of the problem, they will replace the part if under warranty (plus shipping if over a year old). Clearly they did not read my message. I am very disappointed in their lack of customer service, and in the inability to buy a simple part. The cartridges are only available (? there are others that may work, up to you) from them, and you must call them, $15 plus shipping.

Great product, slightly too small

This product is very well made and functional and I am happy I bought it BUT as it is an industrial style, it typically pairs with a large basin sink-which I have. For this the spray nozzle is too short (doesn’t reach into the basin of sink) as is the faucet (only extends 2in into sink basin)

Great yet flawed faucet

Really solid faucet that shuts off instantly with no dripsz has a beefy vegetable sprayer, and looks amazing. Few things to note of vital importance--if you use your sprayer frequently, the magnetic retaining collar will eventually (in less than 1yr) completely destroy the finish on the top of the sprayer handle. It also doesn't pull down. Be aware of this before buying.
