The best elbow brace I've found
I was in a car wreck that messed up my right arm. I tried various braces / sleeves until I found this one. It was precisely what I needed. I provides pressure with gel pads right where I need it. When it gets cold here in Utah, I live with these on my elbow. I own three of them. I take them flying. Great product. Durable. Comfortable. Doesn't leave smell in skin. Doesn't irritate my skin, and I have stupid sensitive skin. Sucks for a dude.

Strong, get the right size
I ruptured bursa in elbow , had to drain it a few times . Finally healed after weeks to where the fluid quit building up I wear this brace when I know I will be overusing elbow and forarm . Which is everyday because I tint windows and lift weights. This is by far the best elbow sleeve I've bought. After a while the white things came loose on inside but any sleeve has a lifespan i hot glued them back in threw that sleeve on other arm and ordered another for the problem arm

Expect these to not fit properly. Consider buying a different item.
After reading the reviews of others I ordered these in a large. I'm 6ft tall, 185lbs, with a measurement of 11" for the area specified in the ordering instructions. I ordered a pair of large ones. Yes, two items, one for each forearm. I wear compression stockings as well. After getting some highly visible gel impressions on my forearms I contacted their product support, providing them with my measurements. They responded very promptly with the "I think it's a size issue". Okay? My compression stockings leave faint impressions, but these are big and you "think" it's a size issue? Of course it is, hopefully, since you think that. They offered to make it right, how I don't know. Since I have forearm pain all day long I ordered a different product and am returning these. It's not fair to the customer for them to need an item, order it according to the manufacturer's specifications, and be told it might be a fitment issue. What if the extra large ones are too loose? Do they no know their own product that well? I'd rather spend my money elsewhere, where I get what I'm supposed to get for a medical item. This isn't a shirt that doesn't fit properly. They got two stars because for the few days that I did wear them they felt high quality and durable. I wish that I could know for sure, from the company, which size would be the correct one.

Great sleeve, but size too small for me
This is a great sleeve and well worth the money. I learned about this sleeve as a recommendation from someone else. As great as it is, I cannot use mine however. The size chart is spot-on, it fits just like it says, and my measurements are just a bit too large for their XL size, so it ends up being too tight for me to use. Having said that, the reason I can still say it's a great sleeve is, even though it's a bit too small for me, I used it anyway, fighting to get it on my arm. After having finally getting it on and using it for a hard workout, it gave a lot of support and relief to my tendons, so I know it works. I really wish they made a larger size. I had to get a different brand that would fit, and it's just not the same.

Great pain relief especially for heavier duty activity
I bought this due to a hyperextended elbow and I had a lot of lifting boxes coming up. This fit very snuggly on the elbow and really helped to relieve pain and provide extra support for my elbow. The comfort is good but can get a little tight for just normal use, but if needing something where you’re going to be busy and working you’ll never even notice it’s there! I wore it for extended lengths of time and never noticed it was there!

Works totally well
Have had an elbow issue. Using this about a month till now and I am almost healed with out pain. Love this product. I torally recommend this product. However, when you order, I recommend to order one size up than what you use usually. It runs little bit small.

firm support
I am 6'3" 240Lbs. I am a mature lifter with moderately sized arms. I had been experiencing tenderness after tricep and flat bench. I have been using the Mdavid Elbow Compression Sleeve for 3 to 4 weeks. I bought the XL and They are a snug to tight fit. the pain has been reduced significantly. Mobility is noticeably restricted during curl exercises and I need help donning them.

Elbow support for the gym
Purchased this after injuring my elbow (prob tennis elbow) at the gym - didn’t really want to stop lifting for 3-6 months so purchased this as a bit of support - ordered the XL size but still fits nice and tight. Really helps support if you want to get back to lifting!

I have loads of these type of things for recurrent golfers/tennis elbow. This is WAY the best to date. Massive relief immediately and now virtually better. I wear it at the gym now (together with wrist straps as its the hyper extension of the wrist that causes the elbow problem ) Highly recommended
