Wow that feels good!
Added these to a pair of boots that I wear all the time. The sole was really worn out and it was hurting my heel to wear them. I popped these in after removing the others and trimming them up and WOW. Instantly felt so much better. Way more support. I could actually wear the boots again for long periods of time.

Instantly felt a difference
I won't tell you this solved all of my foot and back pain issues- It sure didn't. But from having it for just one day at work so far, I already felt better. My lower back pain was significantly reduced, and my feet went from maybe a 7 or 8 pain to around a 6. Considering the cost, I'd say it was easily worth the cost to at least alleviate the issue a bit. Wanted to put around 4.5 stars but it wasn't an option so I'll round down to be more realistic.

Good quality and you can trim them, Do it carefully on a wooden cutting board . The insoles are nice and change the feel of my slip on boat/driver type shoes. The do make the heel roll a little bit. im 170 lbs and these may be better for someone 200+ cause i feel a little ungrounded in the heel. Otherwise , these dramatically changed the shoes as their sole was basically cardboard. Great for dress shoes but I wouldnt want to use them in running/sport shoes.

Dr Scholl's Gel Insoles: Great insoles for the price!
Having tried many different shoe insoles, I must say, I'm pretty impressed with these Dr. Scholl's Dr. Scholl’s Comfort and Energy Massaging Gel Insoles, Men’s Size 8-14, 1 Pair. They did make my shoes a little tighter, but took the edge off the pressure of my arch. For the price, I'd definitely recommend these! They come in a couple different sizes and both for women and men.
