Ease of use for females.

Like the height. At max and I can stand straight. For a female, little heavy getting it in and out. Takes practice to get it out and locked in place. Definitely sturdy. Primary concern is lifting and getting it in and out.

Update: Elated, Defective, Disappointed

My husband loved this rollator and it WAS pretty user friendly for the two months he used it. Now it won't unfold and he can't use it. The pins are stuck. We are one month past the refund closure date! How to contact the manufacturer for trouble-shooting? So frustrated and disappointed. 6/6/22 We've increased our rating of this item from 1 to 3 stars due to our work around. Amazon was quite helpful and willing to refund us for about $60 less than we paid. We found Koosom's customer service info on their PDF and contacted them. They responded in a day with little help. We tried a few squirts of WD40 in and around the stuck pins and after a few minutes, they worked themselves free and we were able to unfold it. The rollator works like a charm now. So glad it worked out with not much effort. It would have been helpful for Koosom to suggest this when we contacted them. Now we carry a small container of WD40 in its attached bag just in case. Don't want to be panicked or stranded again. FYI: support@koosom.com

Is Koosom still in business? I purchased this walker on Amazon a few months ago and love it! But when I tried contacting the manufacturer for additional parts (I wanted to buy a second cane holder) I found no way to do that. The website is only a shell and says that it will be up "soon," but it has been months. I did find a "contact us" link but received no response from multiple requests. In reviews, I see that others have had successful contact with Koosom, but it has eluded me. Is this an ongoing issue? Is there something I'm missing? What happens when we need replacement parts?

It does what the ad says it does.

My husband uses this KOOSOM Rollator and finds it very easy to navigate. A welcome change for others he has owned. I like that I can fold up and pick up the Rollator with such ease.

Very happy

I had a problem with the first walker that I received, of course, beyond the 30 days return policy from Amazon. They refused to help but put me in touch with the manufacturer who arranged for a hassle free return in a timely fashion. Their customer service rep that I worked with, Monica, was extremely responsive and helpful. My new walker arrived as scheduled and since then, it has been awesome to use. Easy to fold/unfold and light enough that I can lift it with only one hand in/out of the back of my car. Only word of caution....when you pull the handle to fold the walker in half before folding the handles down, don't lean on the handles. The handles will start to fold down if you are not careful. Other than that? I love my Koosom Rollator!!!! I can go anywhere with it (especially through rougher terrain like grassy areas) much easier with the larger front wheels. Seat is comfy too!

Do Not Buy This Walker

I do not like anything about it. The back wheels are not sturdy - collapse. This Walker is not safe. The seat is not really a seat. It is a flimsy strap. I would suggest to all people wanting a Walker - do not buy this. I am stuck with it as I am Frail woman with no help and repackaging it and shipping it back is too difficult for me.

Wow!

I recently returned from a vacation with my grandchildren to Bar Harbor, Me. I already owned a rollator but it performed poorly outdoors. I bought the Koosom for this purpose and it was absolutely great naviagating the shore path iand uneven sidewalks in Bar Harbor. It met all my expectations and more. I read the reviews and lubricated the pivot points to ease folding up and I also used a bungee cord through the front wheel spokes to limit wheel rotation when we checked the walker at the gate to limit any damage by the luggage handlers.
