NICE UNIT, DON'T TRUST THE TEMPLATE

Got it for a customer who wanted to keep the toilet paper away from a small dog. No real problems, unusual for Kohler, however the template was about 1/8" off, I installed it on a marble wall and had to "waller" out the holes to get the thing to align. If looks are all you care about, go for Kohler, if you want reliability and function, go for Moen or Grohe. I have found that quality with Kohler is hit and miss. Toilets that rock on the floor, wrong hardware, toilet tank lid a different color from the tank, tank bolts one size, the nuts one size larger (20 mile round trip to get two SAE 1/4-20 nuts from Homer's), diverter shower arm with mis-aligned wall plates and the end of the goose neck pointing off to the right, trip levers that unscrew themselves with use, but yeah, they have great choices of colors. I have also had two pressure balancing shower valves freeze up. If you buy one of them, pay the extra money for the stops.

Fancy and Functional

This is the bomb! Probably more than a toilet paper holder should be, so I've been told. But I love it because my cats can't unroll the toilet paper anymore, Would've given it 5 stars except for the price. I'd love to get another one in bronze for my other bathroom, but I just can't justify paying so much for another toilet paper holder. Too bad...

STUNNING!!!!

This is a really pretty toilet paper holder it is made very well, has a nice heavy weight to it and a brilliant shine (I have the chrome) It is TOP QUALITY!! My husband put it up in a few minutes I can’t speak on the template because my husband did not use it he said he didn’t need it. If you are considering this purchase you will not be disappointed it truly is beautiful!

Beautiful

Kohler quality. The design confused my contractor who insisted it needed to be installed the traditional way. Once he saw the light he understood it was a statement piece in an otherwise small nondescript powder room. Little pricey but high quality.

Well worth the high price.

Just perfect! Well worth the price! Normal size rolls fit, extra large no. Ive added to two bath rooms . Could not be more pleased with them. I will order 2 more as the other bathrooms get updated.

Kohler bronze toilet paper holder

I like this Kohler toilet paper holder. Excellent quality and design. Easy install. I gave it four stars instead of five cause the $200 price tag is insane.
