Doesn't feel like 1.5 GPM

I've been trying to get more efficient shower heads as our water bill has been skyrocketing (rising prices). I had tried something that was a bit less than 1.5GPM, and honestly it just didn't get the job done. The streams of water were so small, they had trouble washing soap out of hair. As for this particular showerhead, I couldn't be happier. This showerhead replaced a 2.5GPM showerhead and honestly the way it is designed, it almost feels like it is putting out as much water as the 2.5GPM head. While there are no adjustments (like massaging mode), I realized that we almost never utilized that function anyway.

Simple, sturdy, proper shower

I've had it for a few weeks, and love it. I don't have any problems with 1.5GPM seeming to be too low volume (I keep my hair fairly short), but my wife says it takes noticeably longer to rinse after shampoo. I really like that it feels like a proper shower, rather than like a spray or mist, like a lot of 1.5GPM shower heads. I believe the lack of moving parts (other than the directional joint) should make this a fairly bulletproof shower head (my last two shower heads have both failed due to moving parts). Last thing, someone else says it is a plastic head, but I'm pretty sure this thing is metal with silicone nozzles. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, as far as I am concerned...I just think they are incorrect.

1 YEAR REVIEW: Okay, but not great with low water pressure.

1 year in, and I have to say that I don't love this. It's okay, just not wonderful in our low water pressure application. As with most shower heads, this is chromed plastic - It feels a bit light, but that's not noticeable once installed. My main gripe with this is that it doesn't do a good job under low water pressure. You'd think it would, since it's holes are smaller than many. It sprays well, making clear streams of water (not dribbling), but the force behind it is nearly non-existent when your home has low pressure. With high pressure, I'm sure if feels like pin-pricks, which may not be enormously desirable either. Too bad, I still really like how it looks... For the price, it should be hard to complain, but we've also installed a slightly more expensive model by Hansgrohe that manages to give a better feel. If you have a low-pressure issue, I suggest looking for models that add air to the water as it's expelled, it really seems to add volume and make rinsing more effective.

Great Low-Flow Shower Head

This is the perfect shower head for us here in drought-stricken California. Easy to install, stylish, and the 1 GPM is sufficient to give a decent shower without wasting water.

Feels good, saves water.

I really like this shower head- best one I've tried so far. It has a nice, gentle spray, without feeling inadequate for a 1.5 gpm showerhead. The water doesn't cool before it hits your body (not aerated), like another brand I tried. It has a nice spray pattern, but could stand to be a slightly wider spray. It could also be my water pressure not being quite high enough, which is not fault of the showerhead. Saves water and water heating costs!

Good feeling water saver

Though this is a very nothing special looking head it's a Kohler and works great for a water saving head it's coverage is great it feels like a regular shower it's one of the best feeling showers I've had with a water saver I recommend it

Nice feel for low flow.

My teen was using up all out hot water with long showers. He is happy with how this showerhead feels. And we are happy that he now doesn't use all of the hot water, and uses less water. Very happy with this purchase.

Cabeza de Ducha sencilla y funcional

El producto como siempre llego a tiempo - el descuento del producto fue muy bueno y la calidad de la marca muy buena. La instalacion no hubo ningun problema por ser Universal la entrada con la que tenia. No trae el tubo solo la cabeza que era lo que necesitaba para reemplazar una muy vieja de hace varios anios.
