Super thick cushions

I ordered these beige chaise lounge cushions back in November. I opened up one right away. It was exactly what I was expecting. I opened the second one today in February. You can't tell the color until you opened it and as you can see it they aren't the same color. It's too late for me to send it back.

High Quality, Tough to Put Together

These chairs are very high-quality, and very comfortable. Unfortunately they are really difficult to put together. The foam inserts come separate, so you have to place them inside the casings. They need to have zippers along the side instead of just at the ends. You’re basically putting a very large pillow into a tiny pillowcase. You will definitely need help putting these together. One person cannot do it on their own. Other than that, I would recommend.

Tips for putting the cover on

I bought two of these with each one having two cushions. So I tried different ways to get the snug cushions on and found the easiest to be this: Put it on like you'd put on a pair of nylons. Get the "toe" on completely before pulling the cover up the "leg." Also, put the larger cushion in before the smaller one, otherwise the smaller one gets in the way when you're putting the larger one in. I only put them out on my lounger yesterday, but they look great and are very comfy!

Water Resistance does not mean water proof...

Love the remove-and-wash feature of the cushion cover. However, having dealt with cloth cushions over the years, there is no way to keep your cushions from eventually becoming soaked through with water and/or molding. Light colors are particularly difficult to keep clean. I kept my larger cushion in it's plastic wrap, sealing the ends with clear shipping tape. I used an additional clear drum liner for the back cushion, sealing up the open end as well. Not only does it make the cushions slide into the cover more easily... but it adds an extra water PROOF barrier (much like a slipcover) between your cushion and cover. When you're strapped for cash and can't afford to replace your outdoor cushions every other year, you learn cleaver and frugal ways to protect your investment. And this one works!

Good, economical, apparently long-lasting cushionis

Came on time and as described. A bit of work to assemble foam insert into covers (bottom and back) but relatively straight-forward. Very comfortable, seem to be durable, and fairly water-resistant. Recommend for lounge chairs as an affordable alternative to some of the higher-priced brand name products on the market.

I broke every finger nail trying to get the foam cushion in the covers. Not a one person job. You need strong fingers and hands Very awkward Would not recommend
