Get the other Office Star Chair, not this one

This chair quality is cheap. The plastic molding that is enclosing the back resting metal is like paper plastic, very thin. That plastic cap molding that is supposed to cover the back rest (rectangular object) is not glued or fastened to anything, it just plops off like a cap by itself. There is no tilt feature on this chair and the adjustments are minimal. The way to tell is if you look at the number of nobs and adjustments near the underbelly of the seat. The less the nobs, the less the adjustments you can make, and the less comfortable you will be because you can't customize the chair to your needs and shape. Office Star makes a higher quality chair with more features: it is: Model 43891-231. That chair has more adjustments and better thicker padding and will be worth the higher cost. If you go with this brand, go with that model. Unfortunately Office Star discontinued a model from 20 years ago that seated more comfortably than any of their current offerings due to a special mid-back backrest tilt feature. The seat back foam should be a bit more firm in my view and the foam for the bottom is nice as it is. Unfortunately, the foam they use for both the bottom and the back is the same.
