FANTASTIC!

A must have! I have purchased so many shakers trying to find one that doesn’t leak. I will say that a traditional Boston shaker is my favorite to use. However, sometimes I just don’t have the energy to whip everything out to make a cocktail. This insulated shaker not only doesn’t leak, but my hand don’t turn to ice after a few shakes. Definitely recommend!

Good Shaker, But Not What I Want.

I picked this shaker up because I wanted to have a cobbler style shaker. In that regard, the shaker works just fine. Seals fine and strains fine. However, this is a vacuum insulated shaker and I found that it's going to have an issue that ALL insulated shakers are going to have. While it's nice to have insulation to keep your hands from getting cold, the same feature is going to keep your ice from melting. Anyone who knows cocktail making knows that dilution is part of the point of mixing/shaking your cocktail. Bartenders call it "cooking". So this means that when you use this shaker, you are going to have to shake/stir your cocktails for a good deal longer than normal, otherwise your cocktails will come out tasting much stronger than they normally would with a regular shaker. You could of course resolve this by adding a splash of water to the shaker.

Sweet Martini shaker

This is a great martini shaker. The only drawback is you can’t crank down when you screw the tops closed. The rubber gasket protrudes out. However, there’s no need to crank it down, just about hand tight, and you’re ready to shake. I would definitely recommend this.

Bought one for my son in law and myself!

Love that this shaker is colorfast even after cleaning in the dishwasher, and is easy to screw together. There is a gasket that makes it leak proof on the lid. I love it. I bought one for my son in law who liked it so much I bought the navy blue one for myself. It's durable, looks nice in the room, and shakes a good espresso martini.
