I wish it looked like the black one

This may be silly, but there is no where to write your information. The opening is there, but no "paper." I could be missing something? Otherwise looks just as pictured. The tan "Briggs & Riley" is written different than the black version pictured. Its bigger, has a border, and says Travelware. I wish it looked like the black one...

These were the exact Briggs & Riley tags...so perfect to replace the one that had broken off during our last trip.

Good quality tag

Good quality tag, leather is nice. Only negative is that the leather flap that covers the address card seems to be bigger than the opening from which it was cut, so it doesn't close fully flat. A minor irritation.

Any good tag would do the same thing.

I purchased the tag because my original on broke. Amazon is cheaper than Briggs and Riley, but any good tag would be just as good and most likely cheaper.

Returned!

The luggage tag I received had an insert for the ID information that was impossible to remove due to its curved shape. Maybe it was assembled before the luggage tag was sewn together. In addition the window was mesh rather than clear & difficult to see through. Briggs & Riley has a better although smaller luggage tag for their Rhapsody styles that should have been included with my new luggage case but it only had a "fob." Buying that ID tag on their website means an inflated shipping charge but it is a better tag than this one.
