Good Quality - NOT ENOUGH Backer Plates!

Quality of the brackets is great! However, this company obviously wants you to spend more $ since they only include 4 backer plates! the brackets are useless without 8 backer plates. For a hundred-fifty bucks, you would think it would be a complete kit! NOPE! I bough two kits and had to use the plates from the other kit. Now, I have 4 brackets without backer plates. On top of that, the plates are drilled to align with this specific bracket. If I have to order plates from another manufacture, the probability that the holes line up is slim to none! Basic, basic concept but they missed the mark big time here!

As with many others, was missing parts. Amazon made it right, but it put me back another week.

Great purchase,

After Home Depot sent me the wrong product, 4 phone calls later and no dock hinges later- I ordered these. I should have ordered from Amazon in the first place!! Super Heavy duty hinges. These are commercial grade. The box felt like it weighed 10 pounds. I bolted these to 2x6's that where doubled up. 1/2 inch galvanized carriage bolts where the perfect size. (bought separate) These are not cheap hinges. Thick, heavy and built to outlast the dock itself.

Good qouality. Only complaint is that the welds on the end post, were the poles go through, broke through on almost every one. In order to get the pole to slide in, I had to file them down.

It’s a great product, however you only get 4 backing plates. You need 8, so I had to order 4 from another supplier.

Excellent heavy duty

These are heavy duty and worked perfectly. The pin was easy to put in place. The only enhancement I would like to see is a hole in the pin that you can tie off in case it slips out of your hand.
