Got my 4 year old a 2T-5T. The adjustable strap is perfect. And the bottom of the tie measured down to his waste.

The Tie is Navy Blue

I was looking for navy blue tie and I got this. Fits well on my 7 years old. The tie's color is Blue Navy and it doesn't have any black color in it.

Not as stated in ad. Not black/white. It is blue.

Expect navy tie

This tie is excellent but my Grandson needed black for a wedding. The navy worked because the tie was so excellent for the money, I kept it for another occasion. Just remember, even though it says black, it is really navy. I miss the Gymboree offerings from the past.
