It’s big

Make sure your partner understands how big it is an he/she buys in. For me, the guy, it’s gorgeous for shaving or washing hair in the sink. But I still hear about how it looks like something that’s for the plant floor rather than a home bath.

GROHE 23486ENA Bathroom Faucet

Very good looking faucet, but Grohe makes the installation Instruction much much more difficult, simplify it Not sure how the faucet swivel, maybe I put the safety ring wrong, there's no instruction on that, just confusing installation instruction, no video of it anywhere, Grohe can make more money putting out clear instructions instead of turning them off from buying Grohe products second time over! I like how this faucet you could adjust the water flow to like 30-40 degree angle, it's easier to wash face, brush teeeth and etc, but the instruction could be better, idk if this is the way things are done in Germany but not here in good old USA

Quality faucet

I ended up not keeping this faucet because it was way bigger than I needed for a bar sink. My bad. It was really nice tho - heavy duty, great features, solid fixture. I recommend.

A quality faucet that is attractive and well-made.

Grohe's Essence faucet feels excellent in the hands. It is weighty and robust. The materials used are high-quality and well finished. The water hoses are braided, the drain assembly is made from metal, and the control for water flow / temperature moves smoothly and precisely. One nice feature of this faucet is the ability to pivot the aerator to direct the water flow. Installing the faucet is straightforward and if you've installed a faucet before you won't have any issues with this Grohe. The faucet's design is sleek and modern. It's tall for a bathroom faucet, but not outrageous. The chrome finish is timeless. All in all... beautiful and well made.

Home run!

Grohe nailed it on this design!! why? 1) Height - if u are tall, u will appreciate the height of this faucet, less bending!!!! hard to understand why this took soo long to catch on, other than pedestal sink faucets. 2) directable water flow... brillaint design, the aerator floats around to direct water flow to fit your sink, so it hits at a place that reduces splashing, brilliant. So simple, where has this been all these years? the look of the unit remains one piece since only the aerator swivels, love it. Before this, u had to guess the splash effect, u only knew AFTER it was installed! The finish, typical GRohe superb finish, which is there claim to fame. As well as reliaiblity. I have installed hundreds of Grohe, maybe 2 needed mild repairs... never even replaced a cartridge, some still going strong after 25 years. NOt only do I love the height of this fixture, I also love the design. has an elegant, but simplistic design, which is a Grohe trademark. Keep em coming Grohe! easy install, even for DIY... assuming you have some tools, as nothing ever goes as planned with small construction projects ;)

Great. Measure for Size.

I'm building a house Internationally in Mexico from the USA. My contractor has informed me that I can only use Moen & Grohe plumbing fixtures due to the specific attachments. Grohe is considered the higher end brand in my part of Mexico so I thought that I would give them a try. I am so glad I did. This is a beachfront house with very humid conditions. My fixtures must work hard with the city water, well water & the environment. I am so happy that I went with Grohe for my house. 1. Excellent workmanship. All the parts and pieces are made from the best materials. These fixtures are meant to last. German engineering. Think cars....Mercedes vs. Ford in terms of engineering. Grohe does independent "20 years daily simulation" testing on all its products with a special emphasis on hard waters. 2. Designs are modern, sleek & simple. Grohe designs are intuitive and feel good to the touch and blend seamlessly with all design styles. 3. Lifetime warranty. Grohe will replace or repair all defected products. Replacement parts remain available for a minimum of 10 years after a product is discontinued. Normally, I choose plumbing fixtures based solely on price & design. However, this house is more challenging and requires a different approach of choosing a fixture that will stand up to the elements and last. I am very happy with my decision to install Grohe.

The Shine Is Spectacular

It’s not long from now that I’ll be able to see this faucet every morning. It’s Starlight Chrome just seems to go on forever when you look closely at it. But it also inhibits scratches too. So the ultimate shine will last a very long time. My one hole sink is on its way. I ordered both at the same time but one seems to be taking longer than expected. I’ll update when I start the installation. The instructions were coherent and the pictures really gave you insight on the how too. If you’re not comfortable with light plumbing then get a professional to do it. Peace of mind goes a long way when plumbing is concerned. (Water Everywhere) Etc..... The quality of materials is evident the moment I picked up the faucet and examined the parts. Nothing was cheap and just adequate here. All parts are ready for the long haul and even the ones nobody is going to see are of superior quality. I’ll do a follow up when I begin the task. Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!
