Still using today
Purchased almost a year ago to work through some muscle or tendon strain. It works great! I still keep it in my freezer for those days I have a muscle ache. Does the job very well!

We like this product. It's very cold though - without refrigeration - so definitely for use over clothing. Easy to use on yourself or with help.

Relief after Plantar Surgery
I had plantar release surgery and was in a cast for six weeks. Now, I'm in regular footwear and have moved on to a new phase in my recovery. This device is key! I use it to massage my plantar area and scar tissue every night. Although it is very cold, it never feels TOO cold. No need to cover your foot with anything - you can apply directly to your skin. It feels heavenly and I can control how much pressure to use. My physical therapist loves this thing, too. I also like that it seems to start losing its icy-ness right around the time I am ready to be done with it. I don't need to set a timer or anything. As soon as the cold starts to wear off, I know I'm done and have spent plenty of time self-caring for my foot. I've also used it to cool a sunburn! Works really well for that, too. Over the years of suffering from plantar, I owe almost every device you can think of. THIS is one of my all time favorites!

Great little hand tool to get those knots out
First time I saw this little roller was at target! Picked the little thing up and started rolling it on my wife and vice versa right in the aisle. We both were pretty amazed with how good it felt and how the roller would roll up and down your muscles and over those tight knots with ease. Decided to buy it a few months later off of Amazon and I think it is built to do its job. The price is a little steep but overall a good product to help with tight muscles.

Feels great!
This roller works great in general and my athlete kids and wife love the benefits, but I would love to see an improved handle for the user giving the rollout. You get tired fairly quickly, maybe a longer handle for allowing to provide more pressure by using both hands. I do have to note that this is a second roller as the first started leaking. (There is liquid in the ball to be frozen for colder applications).

This little ball is amazing
This ball is a total game changer. Totally better than (insert an amazing feeling here, yes, I know and mean what most of you would insert here) I've suffered with a pinched nerve in my neck since I was 2 years old due to a car wreck. So far as I can remember, I've gotten headache from this nerve being aggravated all the time. I've also have had a bulging disc that is pinching my sciatic nerve for the last 13 years......this ball takes care of both of them to make than tolerable. The coldness for placing this ball in your fridge is absolutely amazing and lasts a lot longer than a ice pack. So when you get those aching muscles or nerves, simply get this out of your fridge and get to rolling. You will be feeling better very soon!

Great option to ice
I have been suffering from an Achilles tendon injury and also a lower leg injury from a fall I took downhill skiing. Had been using ice frozen in small paper cups to do ice massage. The Gofit Polar Roller is perfect as I can keep it in the freezer ready to use at any time. No mess and much relief for my injury!

"COOL" roller
This is an excellent roller for sore leg muscles and the sciatic nerve. I like that the roller is completely separate from the handle; does not pinch the skin as you are using it.
