Seems light, but packs a punch
Was looking to work on muscle tone between sessions on treadmill and rowing machine. This fit the bill perfectly. I did not want to spend too much money and wondered how long these bands would actually last. Well they held up well so far. I paired them up with a workout bar and wall installed hooks so thta I do not have to use the door straps. They are a pain. Word of caution on wall hooks, make sure the are non-slip ones otherwise bands will slip on them.

Quality equipment amongst a lot of poor competitors
Finally got a good one after seeing someone else use the same brand. The materials feel premium and unlikely to break anytime soon. The set comes with 2 leg straps, 2 handles that attach on to the different resistant bands by the way of a carabiner, and also 2 door blockers that allow you to attach it to the other side of a closed door. Love that idea but you will cause some damage to the door as expected whether it’s the top, bottom, or side of the door depending on the attachment points. So if it’s your home you’re living in be mindful it will scuff/damage the door if you choose to use. Otherwise works as expected. Comes with a booklet of recommended exercises

A very good workout alternative during a very trying time
I normally work out in a gym or home gym. But due to where we are currently living during the virus pandemic hitting all of us, I no longer have access to those options at present. So I purchased this Pro Gym set to try and maintain muscle tone and strength as we all do our best to distance ourselves and mitigate possibly more severe and tragic impacts of this pandemic. I find the Pro Gym to be a most reasonable option — having sufficient tension options with the tubes, at a reasonable price, and a very compact design. While I am not crazy about the door connectors, doing so for an interim timeframe is acceptable. The set works well, seems well constructed and provides an adequate workout to maintain tone. Using a tension system (the tubes) has the added benefit of helping me work through some shoulder issues — something that occasionally can be aggravated using free weights. I am quite satisfied with the product and would recommend to others.

So many options with this set
I borrowed a friends resistance band for P90X3 and I ended up snapping it in half. I offered to replace it and she would have nothing to do with it. So I surfed around looking for the right collection of different weighted bands. The thing that sold me on GoFit was the 100% replacement guarantee. If you break a band they will replace it for FREE!!! Once I read that, coupled with the fact my friend and Beachbody coach recommended them, I got them coming. The advantage of adding multiple bands in the same carabiner to increase the overall weight is a HUGE advantage. Handles are sturdy and do not hurt your hands and the bands (no matter how far you pull and how skinny the bands get) they seem very sturdy. Everyone needs these for their home gym. I carry the whole kit in my workout bag just in case the daily workout calls for pull-ups. Oh yeah, another great advantage is it comes with a door hold and a wraparound strap and they are very sturdy as well.

IT IS WHAT IT IS
These are glossy bands. You can rub them up against your hairy forearms and they feel real nice. They seem durable enough for a good workout. The warning label says "NEVER stretch tubing more than twice its resting length" One of the shortcomings for me are the door anchors. Sure they're thick enough and won't slip through your door, but the nylon wraps all the way around and may rough up your door and door-jam paint. I'm not saying it will. I'm just saying it might. Plus they lack a soft cushion liner which may wear down your bands' smooth finish. The ankle straps are nice and comfortable, but small and limiting. You can't put them around your calves or lower thighs for exercises that may require for you to do so. There is a 16 page laminated cardboard spiral type users manual. And finally we have the handles. These handles have the most humungous carabineers I have ever seen on a resistance bands set. In fact you can warm up doing curls with just the handles before you attach the bands. Actually I'm being sarcastic about that, but you will notice how heavy the handles are because of the carabineers. The carrying bag is a mesh translucent drawstring pouch.

Very Impressive!
I decided to post this review to counterbalance the one below. I came across the GoFit product as I as looking for a way to strengthen my upper body to improve my golf swing. As I was browsing the web site of a large golf store in Quebec, I saw the GoFit Ultimate Pro Gym set. As usual I went on amazon and found the set sold by amazon for less than 40$ and bought it. I started using it and found it extremely easy to use and very efficient. What I appreciate most about it is that from the moment I decide to exercise and the moment I am ready to do so, it takes no more than 60 seconds. Even better, there is no large equipment taking up space in the house. Those who have a wife will understand why that is a major plus! I can even bring it with me on vacation and she won't say a thing. I liked it so much that I decided to buy a second set to have more tubes. Than I found the Extreme Pro Gym above that was on sale at 50$ and bought this one which is much more robust that the ultimate kit. Honestly, I am unsure what happened to the guy who posted the review below but unless you don't take care of the tubes or you stretch them more than they say you should, I don't see how this can break within 3 months. My suggestion is that you judge for yourself. This set cost less than a month at the gym and you will get a lot from it.

It is better than I thought it would be. Excellent quality, it is really strong and the bands available are good enough even for an advanced athlete . Best choice for home or traveling.

Excellent bang for your buck
For those like me used to traditional weights and barbells who thought that resistance band training wouldn't stimulate muscle growth, you are mistaken. This is the perfect home gym and is great to transport on the road. The combination possibilities are enough for most people and there is nary a muscle group you can't exercise meaningfully. Very pleased with this purchase and totally recommend it to anyone serious about fitness and health.
