Failed after 6 months

Worked fine in beginning but stopped working after 3 uses (6 months). Replaced batteries with fresh LR44’s and still will not light when near AC. Don’t waste your money, buy a meter instead.

Garbage, 2nd one to fail now...

When the Circuit Alert that came with my wire stripper died, I put it down to bad luck and bought this replacement. Now, 2 years later, it has died again, this time with lights working in a wonky way (picks up voltage everywhere), and no audible. I'm not going to be a sucker a third time. Gardner Bender owes me a working unit.
