Broken glass

We love the frames but some of the glass was broken. We weren’t able to get them hung right away but when we did, one of the pieces of glass was shattered despite being in the box and wrapped in bubble wrap. Bummed we don’t have a complete set of 12 but otherwise love the frames

PICTURE perfect stock photos.

You're probably buying these with the best intentions to put family photos in. Let's be honest though you're going to lose motivation for that after hanging 12 of these suckers. ???? Don't fret! The stock photos included are fantastic! I didn't even need my hubby to put them up!

Great, easy, just wish shipping had not cracked one of the glass panes! Disappointed in shipping.

This was wonderful! I loved the way it looked on the wall, first time doing a "photo gallery" and the directions made hanging them a breeze. I was disappointed that I did not notice until the entire gallery was up that one of the frames was broken... Upon further inspection the box shipping box was in rough shape. The back of one of the frames was scratched when I pulled it out of the box... Is that a big deal? No you cannot see it, but it indicates how rough the "fragile" package was treated... I love the concept and the way it turned out. I just wish I didn't have a crack on the front of one of the photos. Just fairly upsetting and disappointing that I will have to look at the photo frame cracked until I can figure out a way to get a replacement frame that matches... Product is 5, but shipping lack luster....

I love how my dining room wall turned out after I put together the photo frames with our family photo. I will buy it again for other walls.

Perfect perfect!

Excellent product. Better than described. Clean slick and sturdy. Easy to install the artwork - 5-10 minutes for each one. And there are templates included. Huge value for the price. Very highly recommend. We are framing interesting old record albums and these are a perfect size. Further the packing was three levels - a box in a box in another box! Very protected and arrived in perfect condition.

Good quality. Looks nice

Arrived unbroken with 2 sets of prints (colored and black and white). Had a little bit of dust on them but overall, very good quality for the price compared to some others I’ve looked into. You do have to be careful when opening the back to remove it and put in photos because it sometimes takes a bit of patience maneuvering to set properly and close. All in all would buy again.

Package arrived next day as listed, nothing broken or chipped, packed tightly with proper shipping materials. Used the template included with make hanging these beauties very easy! Definitely recommend! Don’t overthink buying

No template like shown in photos

Frames look good and seem to be nice quality. My only issue is that the “hanging template” in the photos is one big sheet that you hang and mark your nail holes. The templates sent are 12 individual 12x12 sheets. Seems pretty useless as I’ll have to measure and space everything myself.

They look great on my wall

Quite pleased with the frames and while there are people complaining about the templates, they are great. It makes no sense to have a template that covers the set, as one needs flexibility on arrangement.

Even Better than I expected

These came packaged extremely well. I guess I didn’t realize they came with actual nice travel photos already in the frames that you can just keep in or replace which is a bonus so that you can put them up and then add your own printed photos after. It took a while to hang to ensure the grid was all evenly spaced but supremely pleased with this purchase! They’re actually what I was looking for! Definitely recommend.

Great frames at a superb price.

I am very happy with my frames. They are exactly as described and fit perfectly on the wall. They look very professional and I received many compliments on the family display. I had no problem hanging them up. The template provided with the frames is very useful; as expected you have to make some minor adjustments when you hang them as you would any set of frames. This was a great buy for me.
