Solid boot

3rd time buyer

I have bought these boots 3x starting in early 2019. Once for my grandpa age 78 at the time but they were too heavy for them so I gave them to someone else. He LOVED them and said they were the best boots he had ever worn. The sole wore out and he purchased insoles for them then gave them to his buddy after about 7 moths of wearing them EVERYDAY. He had me order them again and wore those everyday for about 6 months everyday then alternated with tennis shoes for about another 6 months then I just sent him the link when he asked for another pair. Flash forward to now, I have ANOTHER friend who needs boots and my sister and I are ordering these as a surprise for him ????

Awesome boot for the price.

I have a EEEE wide foot and these are the only cowboy style boot I can get my foot in. Well worth the money, I’m thinking about buying a couple more pair to put on the shelf for down the road. I live in Alaska where we get 140 inches of rain each year, these boots keep me warm and dry.

Beware of the smell

This boot was ok. Not as comfy as his first pair. The bad thing was the smell. He doesn't have stinky feet. But after a few weeks wearing these boots, shew! He had to leave them in the garage. They would stink up the whole house. After about 3 months he ended up buying another pair of boot bc he couldn't stand the stink.

For the price, hard to do better

As a work boot I am happy with this purchase. For the price, hard to beat. I have a size 12 1/2 EEEEEE foot, no medical conditions just freaking wide feet, and these are actually the right size. I had to put additional insoles in due to a lot of up and down slop, and the heels are loose. Not terrible, not great, not saying the boots are off, that’s my fit though. 6 days a week on concrete floors in a mechanic shop, 8 plus hours per day, and the safety aspect is excellent! No screws through the bottom, no chemicals on my feet, and protected toes. Good boots.

great wearing

The boots fit great but the toe cap wears out and falls apart quickly and they are really cheap on the lining especially at the rear inside of the boot. I live in Canada so had to have them shipped to Canada but he packaging was totally destroyed as I was giving these as a gift

Not true to size

Boot is not close to the 6E it says on the box.

I have a very hard time trying to find boots that fit me correctly. I found these Avenger boots and had high hope that they could work for me. My normal size is 12 4E. These are offered in 6E so that's what I ordered. Tbe boots composite toe cuts into my big toe like it's a 3E boot. I gave these an honest shot and as of day 5, I can't do it anymore. Too painful to use in my situation. I'm a maintenance mechanic for a chocolate company and walk around 12 miles a day and have to crawl, squat, climb ladders and equipment all day long. The size (length) felt fine but the width was nowhere near what a 6E should be. Sadly I did wear these boots at work and don't think I'll be able to return them, I still need work boots/shoes so I'll be out the money for these plus money for the New Balance that hopefully will fit better.
