Not exactly as expected
I purchased Franco Sarto Women's Bolivia Flat Sandal for leather uppers and breathable linings. So yes, the upper is leather, but the lining is not nor would I consider it breathable as it is a synthetic which does not breathe (sort of defeats the point of having a breathable leather upper, IMO). Footbed is fabric. All in all they're a cute sandal. Toe ring and first band have no elastic but they fit well, instep band has elastic on the inside side of the sandal for a better, more comfortable walk. I am on the wide side of average width and these sandals fit me very comfortably. If your foot is on the narrow side, these sandals may not be your best option.

I'm usually between an 8.5 and 9 and the 9 was fine. I almost could have done a 9.5 which is unusual for me so I think they run a bit small. But, they are very comfortable, quality construction and the silver is not too shiny, a good summer sandal that isn't like any other I own. I love Franco Sarto styles.

They were too small for me but im more of a 11.5 otherwise i would have kept them they were very good quality and design. Definitely reccomend.
