These are coming damaged

I order these 3M filters on a regular basis. The filters work fine however the last two times they have come damaged I couldn't tell that there was enough damage on a box to cause this kind of issue. I keep my filters in the box until I need them because it keeps them nice and straight and when I opened one that's too late to replace I noticed it's damaged beyond belief and the second pair that I have to bother to return is also damaged. Now I don't know how they're getting damaged but they need to either pad the box so any kind of pressure doesn't affect the delicate makeup of the filter or if they went in damaged. Very unhappy about this.
