Good for chewers but not as durable for those aggressive chewers

We have a pit bull pup and he likes to chew all the shoes. He has bones, but wanted to try something softer that might also be able to help soothe him, since he's a rescue from an abusive home and has a lot of anxiety. He loved this thing. We got sent the monkey and I wish that it didn't have the ears that stick out because they're so flimsy and they were the first things to be chewed off. That being said, it lasted a decent about of time (almost all day ????) before the head came off. Threw out the fluff and useless fabric from it and he was still content to continue chewing. Seriously, he's a fan. I think he got to the body by end of week, rope arms and legs and all. So, while it wasn't as durable as I hoped, he liked it and it kept him calm and occupied pretty well. If your dog isn't too aggressive of a chewer, this is a good little toy that the dogs seem to enjoy. It does unfortunately have that fluff you have to grab and those ears and such that stick out, but I felt comfortable letting him have at it outside of that, just making sure to clean up as needed. Thankfully he's not interested in eating the fluff, so I didn't worry too much.

Misleading

Really should change the title. I thought it had three not that it would matter because my dog chewed the head off in less than an hour. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Coonhound puppies' fave toy!

I have multiple 7 month old hounds and this is one of the best toys that I've found for them. They can throw it around, chew on it quietly, or play tug of war with the rope legs. It does come apart but if they remove the stuffing I can throw that out and the body lasts for a lot longer than your average stuffed animal toy. The texture is much more appealing to them than overpriced indestructible/durable toys (which are often too hard or boring for them even to bother with). You only get one toy per purchase; the three animals pictured are just to give you an idea of what you'll get (they randomly pick for you). I like the monkey the best but last time I ordered I received two hippos and the dogs love them just the same. It's definitely a fantastic product for the money, unless you have power chewers (my guys are medium chewers who don't care for the rubbery texture of Kongs or the hard Nylabones so these leathery toys are just right for them).

You only get one, but still not a bad price.

First off, seller writes this listing as if you will get a 3 pack. Beware, you only get one. Still, at 8.99 it isn’t bad price considering I paid almost $12 for one of these at pet supplies plus. Dog went through it in a couple hours, he’s a big chewer and for a few hours if silence for only 8.99 aint to bad with this puppers. He loves these toys too.

Watch your pup

Agree with other reviews. If you have a real chewer or teething pup be careful. My pup pulled the strings more from the stitching and fill as well as the rope limbs. Was able to pull off pieces repeatedly and pulled from his mount so not to swallow. The bunny shape without rope limbs was more durable

ONLY ONE TOY

Super disappointed that you only get one toy, at random pick. Definitely thought it would be 3. Toy is of great quality and larger than I expected. We got it for our cat that has started biting our leather furniture. He loves it!

We have purchased one of these toys in a store for our dog before, and she loved it so we came to Amazon looking for more. We still love the toys, but I'm rating this product 1 star due to the blatant false advertising on the product ad. The ad shows 3 toys, and even specifies "3 assorted figures", however we received 1 toy, so they've clearly formulated their product page to be exceptionally misleading. NO WHERE within the item details or product description does it indicate the buyer will receive ONLY 1 of the assorted 3 toys. The closest thing available suggesting this would be the product shipping dimensions, which match the dimensions of 1 toy. Extremely disappointing and dissatisfied with this level of deception, and will unfortunately not be purchasing anything from this seller again in the future due to this.

Not for determined chewers

I bought this for our Taiwan dog but she wasn't interested at all, so eventually I have it to the Labrador who had it beheaded and stuffing everywhere within an hour. I think she swallowed part of the lion's face but thankfully nothing bad came of it. Cute little stuffed toy but if your dog is like my lab you might be wasting your money.

Lion tough

This leather toy is very durable and good for pups that love to chew. The squeak is pretty quiet but good for teething pups.
