Wrong Size Sent, No exchange for Same price
I‘ve been wearing Ecco for around 30 years so was delighted to be able to buy this sneaker for approx $54. Instead of the 6-6.5 =36 Euro I was sent a Euro size 37. The only option offered was having my credit card refunded. When I went to reorder the correct size they were now $84 and I am NOT happy! The deception feels intentional by whatever seller sold them. Sorry Ecco for giving you only 2 stars but this is just wrong.

Very cute looking shoe, but not for me..
After having no luck finding lace up sneakers near me, I ordered two pairs of Ecco; this pair and the soft 7. I wanted the lower profile, not high cut, or looking like an athletic shoe. I really hate to return these, but for this price, they need to be perfect. The “soft” part of the description obviously refers to the leather, not the sole. They have a very thin, cheap insole that can be removed. I have knee problems, and must have a comfortable shoe. It seems that no type of insert will be enough for me if the bottom of the shoe is hard. I wear a 8 1/2, and the 8-8 1/2 better than 9-91/2. These would probably work well for someone with no foot/ knee problems.

ECCO is one of my favorite brands. The shoes fix as sized 40/M I bought two pair this summer. I can wear all day on tile or concrete and my do not hurt. Try it you will like it.

ist sein Geld nicht wert
nach 4 Wochen bei normalen Gebrauch löste sich schon die Verklebung der Sohle. Da ich diesen Schuh nicht zurück schicken wollte, habe ich ihn zur Reparatur bei einen Schuster gegeben. Nach nun weiteren 4 Wochen löst sich an dem anderen Schuh die Verklebung. Bisher haben wir mit Ecco Schuhen noch nie Probleme gehabt. Sie sind bequem und lassen sich gut tragen und halten normalerweise auch lange. Ob dieser Schuh nun ein Montagsprodukt ist, kann ich nicht sagen, jedoch darf so etwas nicht vorkommen, da es ja kein Billigprodukt ist.

Very good for hallux valgus
After 2 years of wearing them: The leather is so soft I manage to fit in even with pronounced hallux valgus and I'm comfortable in them. I don't usually fit in 39 because of my feet being so wide and also because one of my toes is so long it actually makes one foot 39.5 and not 39. So, seems like it's the best pair of tennis/sneakers I've had, so soft they are. The con is, they absorb dirt very easily and I haven't found a good way to get rid of it. It accumulates on the surface, especially where the leather is wrinkled. In the picture you can see how they look now, after two years of use and applying a good amount of white shoes repair liquid. ps The worst part are the laces; the worst I've dealt with. They undo constantly; the best option would be to change them right away, I tjink.

Ecco - einfach Wohlfühlschuhe
Auch mit Einlagen passen die Schuhe genau in meiner Größe! Sie sind äußerst angenehm am Fuß, weich, sehr gut auch ohne Strümpfe zu tragen, nichts scheuert oder drückt und kein Einlaufen nötig! Durch die Schnürung lässt sich recht gut die Weite regulieren. Ich trage sie zu Hosen, was sehr sportlich und modern aussieht. Wenn man plötzlich auf Einlagen umstellen muss, hat man zunächst ein dickes Problem - es gibt wenig schicke und moderne Schuhe. Bei diesem Modell bin ich fündig geworden, es ist bereits mein viertes Paar und ich bin auch dieses Mal äusserst zufrieden!

Knick über den Zehen
Der Schuh selbst passte genau und trug sich auch gut bis auf das Einknicken des Leders über den Zehen beim Laufen. Das löste einen unangenehmen Druck aus und ich konnte mir nicht vorstellen, dass man sich daran gewöhnt, deshalb habe ich ihn zurückgeschickt. Schade, denn der Preis, die Farbe und die sonstige Passform an Sohle und Fersen waren wirklich gut. Vielleicht geht es auch nicht jedem so beim Tragen, wer weiß. Deshalb trotzdem wenigstens drei Sterne.
