Good product at good price but check for all the washers!
I needed 24 in supply lines for my new water softener and there were none available at the local home improvement stores. I was pleased to find these on Amazon with next day delivery. I found them more flexible than the 12 in ones they were replacing. The reason for only 4 stars is one of the 3/4 in ends was missing a washer, as mentioned in another review. Fortunately the washers in the 12 in lines being replaced were in good enough shape to reuse. Otherwise a good product at a good price.

Could not find in local home improvement stores
Exactly what was needed to connect replacement water softener to existing water lines. New softener had larger connector size than original (even though it was the same WaterBoss brand) so needed to find a hose with a 1 inch connector which would attach to a 3/4 threaded water line. Didn't want to have to cut water line in order to use a sharkbite connector. Tried to find in local home improvement and hardware stores, but they only had hoses with same size connectors. With Amazon Prime the hoses came in two days in good packaging, connections fit exactly, were easy to manipulate, and did not leak after install. Very happy!

Makes installing a water softener a breeze
I was replacing my 20yr old water softener and needed a flexible connector to reverse the existing water connections since the new unit had the softened water coming out on the right side and the old unit was on the left. These connectors made the switch easy at a reasonable price. I even took one to my local Lowes to make sure I was getting the right parts, and had one of the employee remark about how nice it looked and was probably rather pricey! When I told him what I paid on Amazon, he was impressed with the price.

Worked well without leaks. It is not easily bent into shape.
I needed 1 inch connecting tubing for my new water softener. This was all I could find. It was very rigid and difficult to install for my arthritic hands. My 6'4" son in law was finally able to bend it so I could finish connecting the softener system. It is working very well without leaks and will last my lifetime!

I purchased these because they appear to be of a wider diameter and better quality than similar products available locally at big box stores. Used these connectors to repair leaking connections to a UV sterilizer on my well water system. -1 star: As other reviews have stated, these sometimes get shipped without the necessary black gaskets in the end swivel pieces. Make sure the gaskets are included, otherwise you will need to return them for a replacement.

Flex yet sturdy
Extremely sturdy. Very flexible as well. We needed this to install our GE water softener and it works like magic. Bending it is very easy but it won’t give you second doubts about whether it’s strong enough. The material is meant to stretch and flex around.

Great Water Supply Tubes
I used these for a water softener installation in my house. What can I say? They work. The washers are nice and thick and should last for many years without leaking.

3/4 side is missing the rubber seal
It is strange, I ordered 2 of these and the 1" side does have the rubber seal, but the 3/4" side is missing the rubber seal. I may be able to use the garden hose seal as I am going to install it for cold water on a SCALA2 pressure booster, but this does not seem right.

Great product and very good price!
I used these bendable SS tubes to install my new water softener. They worked perfectly and were less than half the price than the cheapest local hardware store. I’m very, very happy ????

Not what it says it is.
Described as 3/4" FIB to 1" FIB. That's what I need and that's why I ordered it. What I received was a 3/4 to 3/4 and that it isn't very helpful.
