Nice small board

This is a really nice small cutting board. It is very lightweight and works great for cutting small amounts of vegetables or fruits. It has held up well with no visible knife marks. It is dishwasher safe, which is great if used for meats. I only use for produce and I wash by hand.

Not as thick as our other boards

I've had Epicurean cutting boards for more than a decade. I love that they're made in the USA, and even with use multiple times a day, they look remarkably good. (I've only ever hand-washed...we don't have a dishwasher.) I bought this one because of the handle -- it seemed convenient. I didn't realize that this cutting board would be much thinner than the boards we already owned. So far it is working fine, seems to be holding up to repeated use and hand washing, it just doesn't seem as sturdy as the others we have. I don't think I'll buy any that are thinner again - I've been spoiled by the others!

Big meals in a small kitchen

I cook gourmet style dinners in a small kitchen. I own two other large cutting boards given to me as gifts when I renovated my kitchen. I don't use them as they are too big, too heavy and too much hassle when chopping a cucumber or dicing an onion. This nifty board stores easily, cleans in a snap and is my new go to board for prepping meals. Excellent product and I'll be buying one more.

Excellent cutting board

I purchased one of these cutting boards several years ago and I have since replaced all of my plastic boards with the various sizes of these. They are thin, non porous and come very clean. I highly recommend these.

A good, durable cutting board.

Wow! I can’t believe how durable this is. I have used it to cut little pizzas, and the cutter doesn’t even leave a Mark.

Not terrible, but also not amazing in any way.

Epicurean seems to make a decent cutting board, but i frankly dont get why this has gotten so popular. It seems to dull my knives quickly during use, much faster than a typical plastic cutting board, yet also doesn't work quite as well as my wood cutting boards either. I like the idea that is somewhat sustainable, and supposedly reuses materials, but I'd much prefer if there was some anti-microbrial or other health benefits to this cutting board. It is also really small, so make sure you pay close attention to the sizes noted and confirm that you really want a cutting board in that exact size. Not terrible, but also not amazing in any way.

I just love this cutting board

I just love this cutting board. I use it all the time and it is very well made and the price is great! I also, purchased another one of these for my crafting projects because this I can use with my Crafty heat gun when I am embossing... it can take the heat from my the heat tool. Something to think about if you are a Crafter. This was suggested to me and others by Jennifer McGuire on her blog and video for Crafting.

Rubbish

Compared to the same one I purchased 10 years ago and finally needed replacing, this one is thinner without the nicely finished edges and after three uses already shows cut marks. Quality has gone downhill!

Good quality chopping board

This chopping board is light and easy to wash and clean. The only drawback is it slips when you cut food on it. The problem is solved when i place a kitchen cloth under the chopping board. Worth the money!
