Lovely!

I don't know why they say this is "by Della Robbia" when he's been dead for 500 years, and this work is based on paintings by Boticelli and da Vinci. Exquisitely crafted except for the hands, which appear blunt ans swollen when compared to the faces.

Great Detail

This is a cast resin plaque that is a very accurate depiction of the artiists original work. I have it hanging on my front veranda and it has gotten many compliments. Well worth the investment.

Damaged & Grey NOT White

1st the pkg & the items were damaged. Leaves on the flowers were chipped off & the dove, Bl Mother, Angle and supposedly white areas were all grey. White wld be more appropriate & somwas very disappointed ;-((

Poor casting, sloppy paint job.

Detail corroded, upper lip on cherub deformed, flowers center chewed up, all decoration pock marked. BLUE paint on doves tail, deformed dove, BLUE on Mary's halo, hands, urn, white flowers, CLOUDS ! and all very unevenly painted. Antique wash makes this look dirty. Sending back.

Very pretty

This is a very pretty piece to hang on your wall. It is just very nicely done. It seems like something that should be in a museum. It is nice to have meaningful pieces. It feels well made and looks like the picture. You should just be sure to look at the exact dimensions so you understand how big it is. It really is a nice sized piece so you want to make sure you have room for it. Other than that, I would recommend it.

Lovely with beautiful accents.

This is an exquisite wall hanging, or sculpture. I love the blue and white tones, and something I didn't notice in the product photos is the subtle accents of green and yellow. They break up the piece a bit and help accentuate the lovely tones present. The scene is impeccably produced, and my sculpture arrived in excellent condition. I couldn't be more pleased.

Tranquility

This is a very nice wall plaque that can be placed in the garden and left outside with some care taken during extreme weather conditions. It would also look quite attractive in a conservatory setting, set amongst palms or other tall planting. I have a patch of bamboo along one of my boundaries where this looks perfect, placed just above the back of some seating. It looks very good from the side and front and is a 3-d image; it’s less successful from above or below as you can see casting issues such as the thickness of an arm, which detracts slightly from the piece, so it is important to get the viewing height right. The colours are more vivid than the image on the product page and better for it. I particularly like the painted fruits and the flowers around the top edge. It is reflective and something that promotes a feeling of tranquillity.
